Payment
Hi

I requested Airtel to change my plan from 649 to 250 per month for 3 month as I will be out of country for 3-4 month on 24th of Feb 2011 and Airtel caller has insure me that your changes will made on 28th Feb 2011 onwards however I have seen my bill and found that my chnages were effective from 25th of Feb 2011. Also I have requested Airtel to inform me how much I need to pay in advance so I can make the payment before I leave India however I did not received any call from Airtel.

I request you to look after this case and I will be able to pay your bill ones I will come back to India.

You have other option to disconatct my Airtel line.

Please reply ASAP.

slow downloading
sir yestearday only i have taken the connection and the plan was of Rs699. yesterday speed was very good but now it is working so slowly sir plz take some action my mobile no. is 9425309238

Every time late fee is added with my bill but i have paid it previously . Thats y 2oo rs balance in my bill . So plz currect my bill plz...

Slow internet
Dear Sir, My Land line number is 91-129-4071482 of Airtel Service. I have been having recurrent problem of slow internet. All the reminders for last few months have not brought any result. My monthly bill is about Rs, 1800/- Per month and I am expecting a speed of about 2Mb/sec. where is I some times get it about 120/130 Kb, or even lower.
Whenever an engineer attends it, it improves for a few days and then again, it goes bad.
Last I reported about this complaint on 8/02/2011, and my complaint number was 42874676, which is still not resolved till today 15/02/2011. On inquiry I was informed that the complaint is already resolved. When and how this complaint has been resolved, I dont know.
If I dont get the service, i dont need it. I dont want to pay any bills if the service is not provided properly, and they can remove the service.

Not working properly
Sir,
I'm facing the broadband problem from many days, but this time I took a step to register my complain to Airtel. As I have my own business, I have to mail my friends and customers on a daily basis regarding my business transactions. I face great difficulties while mailing them or downloading files, my broadband systems runs at a very low speed and sometimes it doesn't respond at all and it turns totally dead, which creates a great problem in my business and to my social life too. I'm having Airtel Broadband Plan of Rs.799, which is an unlimited plan and having a speed of 512Mbps but it is not true because most of the time it remains at a speed of 256Mbps. When I went to your Airtel office at Salt Lake City Center, for a new connection they never ever told us that at a certain downloading limit your broadband speed will decrease and fall down from 512 - 256Mbps.
It is creating a major problem in my business and to my working life.. kindly solve my problem as quick as possible, which will help me a lot..

Not working properly
Sir,
I'm facing the broadband speed problem from many days, our broadband plan is of Rs. 799 and it is a unlimited plan, but though I'm facing problem while checking my mails and downloading files due to low speed and sometimes it becomes totally dead and sometimes it stops responding.
It creates a great problem in my work. Kindly solve the problem as quick as possible.

service interruption
My Airtel broad band service has been disconnected with out my knowledge for 3 days. I had tried to complain about the disconnection to airtel through my cellphone. The customer care person is not taking the complaint through cellphone and is demanding to make it to through the airtel landline through which broad band was connected. This is rediculous response from the customer. How could i make a call if the service is not working. Is the customer care people are qualified for the job? do they have sufficient knowledge on the products? what is the fun of taking airtel service if there are multiple service providers available in the market. we expected quick response from customer care but received very unsatisfactory response.

Pathetic Service
Pathetic Service. I was planning to go for BSNL broadband but Airtel agent convinced to go for Airtel saying, once expereince teh service you will realize. He said BSL service is pathetic and Airtel is best in trems of service.
As BSNL takes soem time installation and these guys promised me connection within a day or two. I decide dto go for Aitel. I guess tahtw as my biggest mistake.

1. A complete mess in provding the connection which took a lot longer than what was promised. They wasted my two working days including finanacial loss to me.

2. The plan contained few free services (goodies) which I never received. I only got call saying someone will contact me.


3. Airtel helpline number doesn't contain proper procedure to connect to executive. (Landline number is must there). Evn if you manage to talk to them its of no use as they make false commitments.


4. Bill was sent after two months and I never received any soft. That to with soem different Name (tehy chnaged my name inspite of providing ID proof as Passport and PAN card where my name is mentioned clearly). I kept on calling them and sent multiple times. Every tiem i sent email, i got email saying.. it will resolved in X number of days and i got same email multiple times, they could change the record for more than a month even after continous followup.

5. They never sent bill on time, i kept on chasing them asking them to send the bill, so that i can make payment. But everytime i called they told me they sent it to my email id which i never recived. because of all this delays i could not claim any bill from my company.
They barred my connection and when i called they told me it will activated in 12 hours, it happened multiple times but they never activated the connection.

In short its always better to go for other service provider like BSNL which has better plans. Because service is same everywhere.

correction in broadband bill
we have requested to discontinue the pc secure service since last three months but hazratganj, lucknow, service centre advices us again and again to deposit the bill by deducting the pc secure charges and assure us that will be corrected by the next bill . Again they have charged the said charges in the current month bill along with difference of previous months and late fee charges also
kindly correct it immediately.
