i have written earlier to [email protected] but i have not received any reply
regarding my complaint about Airtel employee named anish ahmed working at airtel
outlet at Jagat Farm, gamma sector, Greater Noida, 201308. he tried to sell his
own modem at low price and asked me not to buy the one provided by the company
while providing broadband connection. he also promised that i would receive a
landline phone instrument from company which i did not till yet and later he
just refused and said it was slip of tongue. he promised that i will receive
gifts from airtel i.e. a reebok shoe pair and sunglasses but i received only
sunglasses when i asked later he said it was slip of tongue. when your engineer
came to install the broadband he made me the same offer to buy a second hand
modem from him and asked me not to buy from airtel and convinced me. your
employees are just running scams and making false promises to lure customers. i
feel like cheated by your company please have some courtesy to reply to this
mail and take some action in this regard rather than just making a confirmation
call.
i question the morality and customer orientation of the company and would go to
consumer forum in 3 days if i am not satisfied by your response IF ANY.
i have called anish ahmed several times and even met him personally the person
who gave me the connection but it resulted in nothing.

The plan charge of the broadband is high as per its plan. you have to provide it in the cost of rs:500 as same plan. we got reliance broadband at the rate of rs 500 per month unlimited. so plz provide it on that rate...

I am using Airtel Broadband. My Landline no is 0141-4035816. For the period of 08.10.2010 to 07.11.2010, billing amount is Rs3390/- whereas I donot download up to that extent. Kindly look into the matter and give us 75% concession on bill amount so that we can use your service happiely.

Hi,
I applied for a airtel BB connection and the executive came to my house to check the feasability. He confirmed that yes the connection is available and asked me to fillout the application and pay the 500 Rs. I confirmed many number of times with the executive whether they can give me the connection, he confirmed it again and again, so I asked him whether I can surrender my existing BB connection, he said yes and I did so. I filled the application and gave him 500 Rs. After 4 days they are coming back to me saying that there is some technical issue and cannot provide the connection. Now I have lost my existing connection as well. Now I have no internet connection at home, I work from home and I am under loss of pay for past three days. Airtel should take responsibility and give me a resolution. Please can somebody help me.

hi im Parminder singh from mohali, i get a new broad band connection of airtel on 30 sept 2010 and i have choosen the e bill option for billing but till now i haven't recieved any bill from company and at the time of connection they also told me that there is also a reebok wrist watch as a gift with this connection which i ll recieve soon but i haven't recieved it ...If i didnt recieved any bill within 15 days then i m not going to pay the bill and company bill be resposible for that
