Pathetic BroadBand services by AirTel in Indore, MP.

This people have DTH services as well as BroadBand services. What they have done is they started new service. Take DTH and get your internet speed double.

I have applied for BroadBand services and DTH services. Now these people are telling this cannot be done because of some technical issue.

I guess Airtel is doing business by false commitment. They offer something and when you pay for that offer, you will get something else.

False Bills and undue barring of internet connection due to non-payment
Airtel broadband service has no call center support at all. Their servers are not reflected with the information properly.

I am using internet with following no in Faridabad, Haryana -0129 4073821. my sister had changed the internet plan from limited to unlimited over call center which NEVER got reflected in the centralized system!!! Due to that we got huge bills without any reason and when we denied to pay it off and asked for waiver, the airtel local executives contacted us and promised to waive the undue bill generated, Now after 15 days of that incident, our next cycle bill was generated which did NOT reflect the waiver and when we tried to contact customer care person he never responded!! When tried again they informed us that the services have been barred due to non-payment !!!

This is height of non responsibility of the airtel service providers. Even after clearing the old bills, there was nothing generated on their server.

new connection delay n misbehave of employees
hi i m dr.arvind baweja hv 2 broadband connectio already n applied for new one on my residence on25 jan 2010 with commitment of getting it start on next day 26 jan bt nw its 28 jan i didnt get any call n even wen i called to ur sales executive MR GHANSHAM 9928030869 .he didnt take my call n repied I M BUSY WILL CALL U LATER n after 3 hrs wen i called again he connected me with MR RAKESH 9928025828 who misbehave with me n also said we didnt hv man power to give u connetion today n will call u wen we have still nw i m suffering after paying 3 month advance rental also n really sick of ur company n employees.

plz report me what action u r going to take n wen i will start with my new connection.and if ur company cant give me this facility plz refund my money n also take my all broadband connection back.

598 plsn scam
i took an airtel connection, the 598 plan. They cheated by manipulating the usage and bought my unbilled usage to Rs 3000/- jus for 3 days. Im gonna screw them moving to the consumer court.

improper billing
in my unlimited plan i am receiving a bill with dsl usage charges of 1800. so i am trying to cancel my line through phone by calling customer care they are putting my line line on hold saying that they will connect me to the concerned department and the line is disconnected after 2 or 3 minutes several times.

NOT YET FITTED & NOT RETURNED THE MONEY
I applied for the airtel broadband on 26/Nov/2009 for my home. The person who receives charge of the application, confirmed me to give the connection with in four days and that and taken the cash of Rs. 500/- as a installation charges but even after couple of weeks i'm yet to get the connection.

Once after got the amount, the person haven't called me once and informed about the status. The person is not behaving professionally right after got the installation charge.

Dirty Customer Service
I spoke with Sridhar Babu @ Airtel at 6:40-6:45 in the evening informing him that I am facing a lot of problem with Airtel and its connection and that 2-3 times we have already spoken with someone regarding it and they have not rectified it yet... I told him I want to speak with a TL, the agent assured me that will transfer the call and hung up on me...I called again and spoke with Ravi Kumar @ Airtel at 6:58 requesting to speak to a TL and explained the same situation agin to him. He placed me on hold again stating he will transfer the call . he transferred the call to Anand Kumar from Escalation to whom I had to explain the same issue again he was so argumentative and definately does not know customer service... all the 3 whom I spoke with told me the same thing that they will take a complaint and get it resolved in 24 hrs etc etc. Which I had been listening to for the past 2 months. I asked the guy (Anand) if he could transfer me to his boss because he was not helping me in anyway he did the same thing an agent did then whats the difference between a level 1 agent and a guy in escalation... Do escalation guys sit there just to say sorry and log complaints...Finally I got so pissed with him and had to hang up on him... U R ALL BUNCH OF LIARS AND JOKERS WHO DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND RESOLVE ISSUES. JUST SHUT DOWN AIRTEL BECAUSE THERE ARE BETTER PROVIDERS ON EARTH...!

Delay in new connection due to false commitment of Airtel Person
Dear Sir,

I applied for new connection on 15/11/2009 by Mr. Neeraj who is working in Gurgaon

Address - Plot No-4,
Udyog Vihar Ph-1,
Near Kapashera Border
Gurgaon Haryana

He commited me to start my new connection till 2 o'clock on 16/11/2009. But he makes false Promise or commitment with me and treaded as in very irresponsible manner. I called him up so many times but he didn't pick my phone call and reply my phone call. I tried him on 17/11/2009 also but he didn't pick my phone call the whole day. My job timmings are 4-12 daily as HR Recruiter for US based MNC. My nature of work is calling in US from my home and coordinate with my team placed at US. I were absent at my Job Continually two working days (16th Nov and 17th Nov). I applied this connection for better performance and better service. But as a customer my experience is the begginig of business relation with Airtel is not good just due to the dealer like Mr. Neeraj.

I just know about him is his name and his working office in gurgaon nothing else. If any higher authority of AIrtel broadband customer care is reading this complaint. Please find that dealer and take some action against him so that he can not try to do such irresponsible behaviour with any other customer.

Customer Service Poor
The customer care number given by Airtel for broadband sucks - I have been calling their center atleast 3 times a week to deliver my bill and it has never happened in the last 8 months. Reason given address is not proper - when other bills like Tata Indicom, Credit Card, Bank Statements and my Railway tickets are delivered perfectly i find this curious. Got so tired of reasons and asked them to deliver a e bill and registered and gave my email address [email protected] no result only that email doesnt land for which i am asked to check my spam settings.

Do these guys really understand and talk with sense. They are prompt in sending a sms stating that due date is over and i need to pay a fine of Rs. 50 towards late payment but no bills generated and sent to me. Is this a new technique of generating revenue.
