high bill
I have been served a bill dated 27.6.2011 towards the internet/telephone charges amounting to Rs.1468/- for the period 26May, 2011 to June25, 2011, which is on the higher side in comparision to to our last two years bills. Particularly, during the billing time we were not available in the house. Bill concerning to internet is correct, whereas the bill of telephone calls made to Bihar, Mumbai and Himanchal Pradesh were not made by us. Since taking the facility we have been paying the minimum amount.
This time to see the bill I was astonished and even could not believe. It is requested that necessary correction may please be made and corrected bill may kindly be issued to make the payment accordingly. otherwise we would be bound to go for the another services prevailing in the vicinity.

dissconection of number
sir,
i am sumit bhartia, was using airtel broadband services, and i am not satisfied from it.
my airtel broadband no:- 011-43091127
my internet is not working from last one week. i am paying then for monthly to them.
i compaint to customer care executive on regular basis.
but no solution made till now. then i ask to cancel my number, they refuse to take a request. they are arruging. i many time hyper on them but still no cancellation request is made.
they arrgue with me for plenty of hours.
in a customer care they charge me also to call to airtel customer care. they put me on hold.
now i want to discontinue my connection.
so now why i am liable to pay them any futher cost, as my connection is not working and i request them to cancel my number but they not doing that also.
now tell me what should i do.

Delay in cancellation
Hello Sir,
pl see how Airtel is harassing its customer.
I am kept on requesting to cancel my services & stop bill generation in my account but airtel is not going to do this. They are giveng me new request no., every time I requested. but not cancelling the service.
On 5th December I requested Airtel customer care to stop services & cancel my Broadband Internet connection. Airtel stopped the internet service on the same day but not cancelled the connection & bill generation. Even after my many calls & mails they never took any action in this regard. And now demanding me to pay for the month of DEc 2010 & Jan 2011.
You can see the details my mails I wrote to them.
pl help me otherwise I have to pay for what I am not getting.

delay in providing connection
i had applied for a airtel braodband connection 2 weeks back, but till today i have no status update of what is happening over there, according to them i should have got the connection on 7th april but till todaay i have nt got any response form them ...
the worst customer care i have ever seen...
