I am running a Xerox shop near ambattur railway station peak area. I bought a coin box(AIRTEL) on 27/11/2009. But it has been deactivated within a couple of days ie. (30/11/2009). I approached Thilak enterprises who sold the coin box to me. They gave me AIRTEL TSM Mr.Ramesh & Mr.subbhu number for clarifications (994054000, 9940021414)respectively. When I called them their respond’s are not satisfied to my queries and then I called customer care the too do the so. As they said non-submission of proof. I feel very sad to say that AIRTEL NETWORK is very worst in customer service. So I request your pardon to please to make necessary action’s on them & make arrangement to my query.
