Fraudlent practices by Airtel India to sell their USB Modems, the salesmen Lied about the speed offered by them promised a speed of 386 kbps and when I finally get connected I get a speed of 30 kbps. who do I approach and what do I do to either get my money back or get the promised internet browsing speed.
