At the time of connection, I didn't opt for Airtel PC Secure but when I received the Bill for the period of 17/06/2009 to 16/07/2009, the PC Secure charges were added in my Bill. I requested a number of times to Airtel Customer Care regarding waive off and adjust in the next bill.
Every month I was assured by Customer Care to pay this bill and PC Secure charges for the period mentioned above will be adjusted in the next bill but all in vain.
