BILL related
I paid my bill via prepaid mobile for the nu. 07614072136 and 07614044600 of the month may on 6th june but now when the due is also over on 28june i got a call from my franchisse that my bill is not paid and my line has been cutted, , plz see to it..

Airtel Fixed line
I am using Airtel connection for more then 5 years now, Being TOP leaders in Internet connection or potpaid, I never expeted this.
I have broadband connection already n applied for shifting from my OLD address to New address within the same region, I have requested this on27 may2011 and as per SLA the connection should be shift within 3 working days.This is the commitment I have recieved from customer care executives.BUT as of now the connection is not yet installed and its now 5 working days and most worst thing is that, I am the one who is calling customer care again and again to know the status and issue why its not yet installed.Eveyday i got the message from AIRTEL tat you Service request number 4701234 would be completed in SO or SO time but it did't happen till now.
Never expected such a bad response fom a huge company like Airtel

Poor service
Bharti Airtel is one of the company who provides all kind of services to make a new customer, but once the person becomes their customer, they do not bother to provide any services. I logged a service request to shift my fixed line to same area but to a new building. Initially for several days on contacting customer care, I was given different time, when I would be getting call back. BUT never the call happen.
Finally I started using email system and finally was promised that my fixed line would be shifted by 20th Sep. 2010. Today again, I got a call from one of their executive and he insisted me to say yes for cancellation of the no. instead of having that shifted.
I'm waiting till 20th, else planning to log a complaint against Airtel with consumer forum.
