I bought airtel friendz prepaid connection on 27 april this year. Within 3 days, i dispatched all the necessary documents to the airtel people. Now after 2 months, they suddenly cut my services. No msgs, no calls, nothing & that too without prior notice.
I called the customer care & there the response was unimaginably cold.
1) first they try to bring all the fault on me saying that there must be something wrong with the papers i submitted. I said if this was the case, they should have barred my services in 7 days in april itself.
2) now the person says that airtel might have lost your documents. A lot of people are facing this problem.
Dude, they lose my documents, is it my fault ? If many other people are facing the same problem, airtel should look into the matter more seriously instead of cutting our services.
This is pathetic service. They send confusing, misleading ads all day, they don't have proper network in many places & now they are cutting our services without our fault. Strict action needs to be taken.
