The charge of Rs. 75 is detected fro prepaid mobile though the game said is not down loaded.

dear sir, i am using lg cookie plus mobile, which is a social networking mobile.but its gprs seetings is not awailable with airtel.i hav called to airtel customercare can tried to solve the problem.but fails.they are trying to saying somthing and trying to avoid my calls.wat will i do?can u please help me?reply

I've been using Airtel GPRS for almost an year. Things were working fine and I was happy with the service. But since the last 2 months Airtel GPRS disconnects automatically after 3-4 mins of being connected. I spoke to Airtel Customer Care and after making almost 10 calls they could give me the exact cause - that Kalyan-Dombivili are weak cell sites and so GPRS has connectivity issues in these areas. I spoke to a senior exec - Vandana in the GPRS helpdesk and she said there is no ETA for this.

Airtel stands to lose its huge customer base if the response is so unclear.

I am Pradyot Roy, Residing in BSF Tekanpur, Gwalior. I have a complaint about airtel gprs and network. I have a airtel number 9893272835, but when I bought the connection, mostly the network is how much worst I don't think about it, That the airtel what said and what is the reality. "network humesha sath" But I can't get even one signal, in my home. And the GPRS "MASHA ALLAHA" when we call to customer care, first of all it was luck day for me when I talk to customer care of GPRS, they always say like speed is abt 115.3kbps, but reality is this not more than 6 kbps, we are received in that time when the server is not slow, and when slow every body thinks what happened, "IT REAL THA AIRTEL IS A FRAUD COMPANY, WHAT THEY SAY THEY DONT DO THAT" for as I stopped to use my airtel number. When I complaint for this matter in 121 frm mobile or [email protected] they always show that they are really serious about this matter, and the condition is go to better soon. But from last 2 years, I am facing same type of condition. So i want to urges all the people in M.P. or in all India the don't activate the gprs in airtel.

For the past 1 or 2 months I am having this problem. My IP 203.145.188.130 " does not have a reverse DNS system. Please read the following problem and please correct the problem as soon as possible.

When you connect to the Internet, you are assigned an "IP Address" by your Internet provider. Your IP address for example is " 203.145.188.130 " When you reply to an ad on our system, for security reasons our servers perform what's called a "Reverse DNS Lookup" on your IP Address. The reverse DNS lookup should return a "Hostname" that corresponds with your IP Address and tells our systems what Internet provider you're connected to the Internet with.

If your ISP has not configured reverse DNS on their servers, no hostname will be returned which is what's happening with the Internet connection you are currently using and you will not be able to send a reply.

Once your ISP has reverse DNS enabled, our systems will be able to perform an instant lookup to determine that you're not using an ISP that's on our blacklist of ISP's that support scammers.
