I've a prepaid airtel connection in orissa. I've subscribed for misscall alert service. Although charges for miss call alert has been deducted every month, I'm not getting any miss call alert. I had registered a complain on 1st July regarding this matter and was said that this was corrected within 48 working hours. still i was not getting any miss call alert and i was unable to contact the customer care service center as it was blocked without any reason. Then i had registered a complain through my friend's mobile about these matters and got complain id "071218792600 & 071218962300". They had given me assurance that the problem will be solved soon, but no action has been taken yet.
