Demo SIM

I am a dealer of airtel prepaid in Chandigarh. I would like to say that i have my counter in Transport Area Sector-26 in Chandigarh where i am doing my business. Most of my customers are from other states i.e. not from the Punjab Telecom Circle, so i have been facing a lot of difficulty since the past two years as i have not been provided with any demo sim for "EASY RECHARGE" purpose from the distributor here (Kohli Brothers Sec-26 Grain Market chd).
I am not asking you for any demo sim in this mail from the company but I just want to request you to provide me with a dealer sim, which may or maynot have discounted call rates but can be used to recharge other people's accounts, for solving this easy recharge problem i am facing.
Because of this problem, I am not able to convince customers for adopting an Airtel connection as in future I am helpless when people come to me for "Full Value Recharges" or special scheme denominations including free sms packs, discounted roaming recharges etc.
It would be a great help for me in attracting people towards Airtel if you could provide me with a sim for just recharging purpose (even if the call rate is at par with the normal call rate and not like the demo sims). There are a lot of people here in Chandigarh who do not have anything to do with easy recharge but have been "MISUSING" demo sims since a long long time.

Consumers cheating
Hello, my name is Anuj. I taked a new airtel prepaid connection(on 15-7-2006) under the scheme that I will get Rs.50 extra on every recharge on further six months. But when I recharged next month of Rs.345 I received the talktime amount of Rs.177 but not my Rs.50 extra according to scheme. No action had been taken yet. Pleare update my talktime amount soon. Improper services
Having received best service provider award, airtel should provide the best services to its customers. Even I was among the many who have faced so many problems with Airtel. My connection was disconnected 2 times without any reason. When i contacted Customer Care people i used to get fake responses saying that my connection would get reactivated within one hour,1/2 hour etc; and the most interesting part is the answers given by CC people will not match with each others. Even they have given useless answers to me sometimes.
So many times the call got disconnected after holding for 10 to 15 min. When ever i call them they used to give a so called Complaint no which is really useless. There was no proper coverage in our area when i have taken the connection. I have reported the same to CC and again i received answers that a new tower will be installed within 1 month and this 1 month became 2,3 and so on.
Hope being a largest service provider it will improve its services and provide proper responses to the customer.

Delay of more then 10 days
I am a customer of airtel india from last 6 consecutive years. i took a new postpaid conn. for my fiancee, and after a month shifted it to prep[aid. I applied on 26 of august 2006. was promised to get the connection started within 24 hours. but till now, 3rd of september 2006, it is not started. i called at least 50 times to airtel but every time get same reply, "u ll get this started within 1hr."
The most embarassing thing was, when i went to the airtel india jaipur headoffice at ganpati plaza, i met an executive named VIBHUTI. she really misbehaved like anything and said" humari marzi hogi tub chalu kurenge, aapko jo kurna hai vo karo". I said, please give me in written that there is no fault from my side but she refused like anything.
IN THE END , I CAN SAY THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED A NEW BEHAVIOUR FROM AIRTEL.

False commitment & not withdrawing services that i have not opted for
I have taken a new connection of airtel delhi on 02-08-2006. before taking the connection i enquired from their customer care executives of airtel office that can i avail for a particular plan of std. they confirmed and i did the need ful by sending the required sms for activating the service.but after 3 days i came to know that they have forcibly put me in some other scheme & told that i have to continue with their special gift scheme for next 1 month. then i contacted their team leaders of cce & their manager & they commited that i will get my preffered scheme by 48 hrs, which i did n't. then i went to their main office & got my preffered scheme. after that i requested them to deactivate their other fored services of caller tunes and daily jokes. they deactivated the caller tune but said that the joke sheme would be deactivated on 01-09-2006. but they have not deactivated the scheme and have prevented me from contacting their customer care executives overphone . i am realy dissatisfied and really want to take a action against them because this is their fraud for the second time within 1 month

Warm greetings to every one at AIRTEL. I am forced to send this complaint to you as the circumstances are pushing me to do so , to be honest to you i am very upset about a few things which has happened to me recently ,in terms of customer service airtel was right on the top in my list, however few things have made me so upset that i had tears in my eyes yesterday.
COMPLAINT:my sim card got rejected due to some error on 29/08/2006 at around 6-7 pm, the very next day i walked in to the FRASER TOWN outlet yesterday morning around 11:30 am and i got a replacement card for my number. The lady there called NAFISA did not make a note of the new sim number she gave me (as told by the cse at your call center) and sim did not get activated, I am so upset by this lady coz when i went there also she dint give attention at all she was busy on some personal call outside she came in later and gave the new sim card without making a note of the sim number and she promised me it will be activated by 6:00pm yesterday, I do agree mistakes can happen but I did tell her that its very important for me for the sim card to be activated (reason i was expecting call abt my promotion interview which i was desperate to know the results and a std call and isd call from parents abroad).
I spoke to an fla last night i was promised it will be activated by this morning but nothing has happened yet (here i dont think its this agent error coz he was really helpful).
But please i request you to get my sim crd activated asap my alternate contact number would be 41656179 and also whenever i try contacting customer care i get an IVR which says send your? Thru SMS in 130 characters and we shall revert back to you and the call gets disconnected which is not a good customer service practice , this does not help us at all, we would like to speak to a person and get it sorted out .
Finally with relation to my bill payments I have been there with you for abt more than a year with mobile number (9845784324- which i lost and was asked to take up a new connection & 9980097561- currently in use) i never missed out my payments till last month as had to pay some huge hospital bills ,you can imagine health will the first priority so i paid the unexpected bills and i dint have any money, I some how managed to pay with my credit card but i still get calls from+916006 and text messages to make payments, I had some hello tune charges credited for abt Rs.137 (and the airtel live facility also dint help me as anything i downloaded came as a (question mark) in the middle of the picture with no download photo which i was disputing and dint the reply) which is still not deducted from my bill and my this month payment has come up to around Rs.1777, would you please look into this and get things sorted out for me as I would still like to continue my usage of mobile phone with you as a service provider.

Your calls will be barred today!
After one month of using a fresh card I received an sms today from Airtel saying "we are unable to verify your address, listed with us. Since verification is mandatorya as per Govt. rules, your calls will be barred today"... Aug.24,2006. 13:38:12 hours.
Subsequently, I learnt from the Airtel center on Kammanahalli Main Road (next to Niligiri's) that the actual reason, asking for the subscriber to re-submit the supporting documents, was that my earlier application along with my supporting documents had been misplaced by Airtel's office in Bangalore. Hence, the sms as quoted above.
I don't expect a follow-up on the basis of my complaint but the issue in question indicates the utter callousness of the staff involved.

AirTel not refunding
Find below the message I had sent to AirTel for reversing my charges, for which there is no response. When I enquired with customer service, they dont even connect to any higher officials to request of escalation ... Please , if any of you know where to contact for AIRTEL customer escalation, please let me know..

Due to the above issue, I am bereft of using Rs.100.00 of talk time. Had this used pre-paid top-off option it would have given me talk time of ~ Rs 318.00 instead of Rs. 208.67.
I kindly make an appeal to reverse my above citibank transaction with refund (or) adjust this as top-off card.
When I called your office, the representative was unable to help on my above issue, thus looking for assistancec from "AIRTEL-senior customer grievence cell" for resolution. Please let me know if I need to write to somewhere else.

Airtel do it again!
False commitment, unfriendly customer associates and managers, useless service. This month what happened with me that I took this decision of leaving Airtel for through out my life is like this. I activated airtel 25Rs. When I took this connection this plan enabled me to call airtel STD No's at Rs 1 per min. On 16th Jan that plan was deactivated without intimating me and then on 31st Jan a new pack some 39 rs pack was activated that to without informing me. Secondly I am into Satyam CUG Plan, When I took this connection in sept the rental was 299 rs with 80 free local SMS. The plan got changed 2 months back and the new plan is 249 rs rent and 200 free SMS. But I was not put into the new plan and I came to know this from one of my friend. I requested the change of plan finally th plan got changed but I was charged one month advance rental but I was not told this when I requested change in plan. The best part is when I called up Customer care regarding the clarification of heavy bill I received this month they raised a complaint (7523717). What I got is a complaint number, which didn't got any attention, after waiting 4 three days I again called up and talked to 1 manager. He assured me that he'll resolve my issue within 24 hrs but Again after waiting for 2 days without getting a reply, I again called up and requested to talk to manager but you're CC guy disconnected the call saying the managers are out for lunch till 4 O'clock. Great Services. I am fed up with the CC services provided by Airtel I have to spend more than 30 mins every time I call CC and still hang up without a resolution. This number has really become a tension for me so many hidden charges nothing is transparent and CC ppl are ridiculous they talk as if as they are the the managers and we r the employs. Non availability of customer care by dialing 9831098310/121
I am not able to contact your customer care by dialing 9831098310/121 for more than one month. In this case there is no question of repeated dialing the above numbers because I can't able to use these numbers.
Hence I was compelled to contact you before 4/5 days with the help of tata indicom landline which was chargable. You have committed that the problem would be over within a day or two.
