Dear Sir, I have Airtel mobile No. 9970787610. On 22. 06. 2010. I received a message from your message service no. 510100010 mentioning "Thanks for subscribing to Airtel talkies., You have been charged Rs. 10. that was happened 2 times & You have been charged Rs.20.

Sim Duplication
Please to inform you that i was not using my airtel number (+91 9995833395) for last
two to three months and recently i tried to use the same from UAE while roaming
and it says "Sim card registration failed". In addition to that i have tried
dialing to the same number and it was ringing and answered someone from India.
As the sim card is lying with me and it was using the same someone from India
and there was balance of INR 500 and it was valid till 2011. As they have given ref.no 30052010405 and informed that will get back to you within 24 hours, i have not get any favorable response from them upto now.

fraud commitments by executives
dear sir,
i purchased a postpaid plan from your company's dst outlet of mansarovar rajasthan from executive shakti singh who made me false commitments and now when i am suffering the consequences due to their falt nither that dst owner is giving positive response nor that executive. in the beggining when that executive came to me for first time i asked him to make me few points clear that 1. i want one no at 20 paise scheme.
he said ok it will be done.
2. i asked whats the procedure for that as i was buying airtel connection for first time.
he said that dont worry mam i ll do it for you.it will be done in 48 hrs
i again enquired next day has he forwarded the request he said i have done mam and it will be done in next 24 hrs.
i became carefree and used this number.later on i recieved a message from your company your credit limit is approaching 1200 and it has been used 950 out of 1200
then i called up customer care to enquire they told that which no i desired for 20 paise scheme was never activated.
then i launched complaint for this false commitment and asked to get that no for 20 paise scheme then also it was not done.
then again after 2 days i registered for 20 paise scheme then it got activated.
i siad i need solution to this problem was ill treated by one of customer care executive whom i asked solution for my problem said its your outlook and you scenario and your decision when i said i will stop this connection of mine.
i request for sollution of problem .i request for waiver of some amount of my bill as i have suffered due to your executive and customer care executives falt or else if cannot provide solution stop my connection. i am highly dissatisfied with the services of this company.my no is 9829668696

value added services
I am using Airtel Prepaid connection now (+91 98158 00303), earlier i was using this same number on post paid services for more than 5 years...now i go overseas sometime with my prepaid number and these people activate some new services like BOLLY, ASTROLOGY, JOKES etc by their own. and this happens every 2nd or 3 rd week...they deduct the charges for these services every month from my balance and i can challenge these people if i ever made a call or message to these people for activating any of these services.When i am overseas why would i do a message to stop these services.and what about all the money they had deducted in the previous months.
What i want is to get rid of these annoying services and let me use my number peacefully.

Unauthorised Billing
I have been getting unauthorised taped promotional communications from Airtel for quite long. This disturbs me a lot. When I am out of Karnal (where my cell phone is registered), I have to pay roamiing charges on responding to such communications.
I lodged a complaint with Ambedkar Chawk Centre at Karnal on 25th March, 2010 who directed mt to Customer Care Executive, Mr Yogesh. He sent an SMS to me with ref no NDNC as W1016974834. He persisted that the communications will take 45 days to stop. He was not able to answer my following questions:-
1. Who authorised them to start such communications?
2. In today's high tech era why do they need 45 days. Why can't the communications be stopped immediately? This only indicates that they want to earn revenue for another 45 days
3. When I send SMS I get back reply "we are unable to process your request. Please try later"
4. Who is going to refund money to me for the unwanted communications?
No direct number has been provided for Customer Care Executive where I can lodge a complaint.
Ambedkar Chowk Office is smart enough to pass on the buck to their Customer Care Executive instead of solving the problem on my behalf.

Will somebody in Airtel listen to me?

Calls to airtel numbers from Switzerland and from Airtel numbers to other numbers in Switzerland not happening
Calls from Switzerland to Airtel numbers in India and from Airtel numbers to landline numbers in Switzerland not happening for last two weeks. Customer services says that it may take another two weeks. The reason given is some problem with the server and beyond Airtel's capability. It depends on Switzerland companies and probaly there are more countries. Airtel did not inform this mal functioning of service in advance and now also not commiting any time bound solution. Who will then be responsible for loss of business due to non functiong of phones for such a long time? Whenpayment is not made even for one day, we get 4 times a day reminders and reminder sms. But no information when they abruptly stop the services. <br />

Customer services says that what can they do? Its technical fault and technical team is working? My complaint# 126041083<br />

Connection Intrruption
I have a new Airtel prepade connection in working properly. But i am continue receiving warnings from service provider that i have not send my Enrollment form, while I have submitted it before purchasing the sim card.

Please help me or give any suggestion.

I am using airtel connection for one year. I am living in dehradun. My number is 9897856362. Today $th feb 2010 at about 11:30 pm I got fed up with their services when their costumer care executive hang my phone 3 times. the main problem is that ...I, yesterday make a recharge of 11 rs for msg and today they cut my 43 rs for no reason and they are now not even ready to give them back. they justify that it is just a technical error. they just thing every indian is a fool and will not say anything... Its not the matter of Rs 43 but a matter of satisfation. This company geting bad to worst...

i have been using this sick airtel for 3 years but i have not suffered so much till now...the customer care service is useless...my balance is beng debitted of Rs 5 / every week ...(got the reason for reduction months after complaints) but deduction never stopped where are we going to complain ? They start any service and start reducing your balance this is sad on their part...PLEASE DO NOT USE AIRTEL

airtel bill
Reference : from Sunil Bhadouria, Mobile No. 9810487590, Delhi.

I am Airtel Customer since last 5 Years and good pay master towards the Monthly dues.
Regretly, two months back without my permission my bill plan had been changed to some default data voice card plan, where i have been unnecessarily charged an amount of 3200.00 (October & November '09)

My issue is still pending and regretlfully my number has been disconnected yesterday and after my verbal communication and expression of my dis-satisfaction of services the connection has been restored. But the fact of the matter remains that the amount overcharged is still standing to my debit.

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possile as it might resurface once again later on in the next billing.
