Dear Sir/Madam,
On 28 June I received a call from airtel customer service, bout the
pending payment & I informed them that I didnt receive the bill &
also that 5 July I am leaving for Kolkata, will return after 20
days. Please send some body to collect the same on priority basis
"before 11:00 am " as after that I leave for work.Representative
promised me that a person will definitely come to my house for
collection. Finally, 3 July, person comes, I was at work, my
younger sister & my son was at home. rep came around 2 afternoon
"despite of fact that I re-iterated that I leave for office at 11"
& somebody was suppose to come within 2 days since i spoke with the
rep.
The kid is 6 yr old, being not aware of situation, he asked the
person to leave. Now after almost 15 days, 18 July, rep calls me
from airtel service, threatening me of the possible consequences
that may happen. I asked politely to the person, that i am in
kolkata, wl return on 20 july, pl send somebody to collect payment,
as I intended to pay the same "before 11 am).
Now its 1st August, no call, noone came for money collection. One
thing that happened, reaching gurgaon, next day 21 July, no
service, they just disconnected.
I am so frustrated with the nature of service. People are so
relaxed, no responsibility & professionalism.I am disappointed.
Airtel is least bothered of the fact that for any resolution that
they just disconnect services.
Now that i am leaving to airport, what else I can do. You people
working in Airtel don't bother about the "service" to the
customers.I being a customer was accountable & responsible enough
to let you guys know that I want to pay, But no response from
your side. This means people who are defaulters are best . people
like us who follow rules & care bout the company that provides
service are no where in picture.
Now I just don't want to receive any phone calls for payments as I
am mistreated & got harassed by this "Airtel". Enough.
NO One in the company is ready to resolve the problem, whilst
reserving my right to claim against you, the mental harassment that
you people did to me.
Even I am working in the organization, where "SERVICE" is our life
"American Express Company". I respect my company values & make sure
that I am the face of the brand. I treat account of customers not
mere "transaction"... but "customer, human beings" we treat them
the way we would like to be treated when we call some other
customer service providers.
I look forward for action taken against people who harrased me
being so ignorant towards one basic term called "SERVICE" for which
they are getting paid for, specially they get their salaries for
what money we pay for our services.At-least they should be taught,
merely talking on phone doesn't resolve a problem, action to be taken
as well .My intentions was to make the balance payment & now, i wl
nt make any payment & surrender the instrument.If this is what
"service" I receive. Thanks you so much, I am not willing to pay
anymore. Dont want service now.
I will wait for 7 days before arranging for the matter to be
corrected by a third party at your cost or seeking help from
Trading Standards, consumer group, solicitor etc.
