Sir this is to inform i Numanullah, Address: F-204/2, Shahenn Bagh, Okhla New Delhi -25. have a Airtel Datacard connection Connection No. 9818058181 which i used for 3 months . Following is the sequence what i used to stop the connection.
1- After using for 3 months i decide to stop the connection, so i contacted Airtel customer care at 9810012345 from my official reliance phone.
2-They suggested me to clear all the pending bills and your connection will be closed.
3- I did the same and paid off my last pending bill in the month of september and again i recalled them to close my number 9818058181.
4-After few minutes she confirmed me that my number is finally closed and gave me a request number and informed me that the number is closed .
5- I again asked whether any other formality is to be done but i was assured that no other formality is required and number is finally closed.
6-I got the last call from them on 7 or 8 october requesting me to continue the number but i told them sorry, i dont require the number anymore.
7- Since last 40-45 days i have been getting calls that i have my bill pending, i told them the number is closed, please confirm with the data usage as their is no usage of internet, but it is of no avail.
8- I have been mentally tortured and harassed by these customer care executives asking me to pay the bill . I ask them to please inform me who will look into the matter and whose the concerned authority. But that was also of no help.
Sir its a very sincere request you to please look in to the matter and kindly get the bill adjusted as it is absolutely rediculous from Bharti Group company to provide such sort of services.
Sir i have strong liking for Airtel internet services, i have my all the connections of Airtel Broadband at my office but i never really expected such a thing .Looking for a positive reply
