Sir,
One executive of Bharti Airtel Ltd. visited my home on 06/08/2010 after giving me a call that the company can provide me IPTV connection on my residential address. I asked him to confirm the availability of connection, he said that he had already confirmed it and the connection is available and he will visit at our residence to collect the payment and relevant documents.
Mr. Mandeep Singh an executive of Bharti Airtel visited my house on 06/08/2010 around 5:30 P.M. and collected previous month landline bill and a cheque of amount Rs.1750/- in favour of Bharti Airtel Ltd. and told me that on Monday i.e. on 09/08/2010 the lineman will visit our house and fulfill the formalities of connection and make the iptv connection active, but no one responded and even your excutive Mr. Mandeep Singh didn't inform us about the non availabilty of connection. He didn't even responded to our phone calls. Then i talked to the customer care service from where till date i am not getting any relevant answer for my query.
