making fool to us
last month we wetre had a call from airtel that by charging rs50 more frm the present charges n decreasing calls to 100 instead of 150 they will provide us greater speed of internet of 1mbps bt it didnt incresed instead charges are incresed...so we want our old plan back...plz take action fast..

not working
our landline is not working .airtel people have changed instrument several times and also last time they changed wire.but still it is not working.every one month this problem occur.ur people r least interested and after calling sevsral times they visit once.so the customerservice is very bad.
please look into the matter

bad services
since a year have been registering complaints of not receiving my phone bills at my resenditial address, till today they havent changed my address in the data base despite their changing my instrument box and my connection at my new address.
secondly my phoneis not workingsince past 6 mnths...still i m paying my regular bills and they did othng bout correcting my line. but today they add late fees to my billing cycle and have disconnected my services on the basis of thier sysytem..where as everday their customer care [peolple call saying ur complaint wud b resolved...its beeen A YEAR nothng is done..
really BAD WORST service provider is AIRTEL...

deactivation of centrix or intercom service
My fixed landline no. is 044 42124414.I have centrix or intercom service in my phone.Since i have shifted to a new apartment im no longer in need of this facility which was activated in my old apartment.Please remove the centrix facility from my phone and do the needfull as soon as possible.

Delay and No Information Regarding Installation.
We are quite unsatisfied with the kind of service airtel is providing regarding the new landline connection, thier service is ridiculous specially their executives handling the case/
Kindly look into the matter if you can do anything please help out to get me the refund of the amount we already paid for the connection.

Delay and No Information Regarding Installation.
This is to register a complaint against Bharti Airtel Landline, its regarding a new connection we have applied for a landline connection and paid a few rupees in advance but till now hadn't have the information whether we'll get connection and number installed and issued by what date, time. Executives handling our case are inconsiderate about our urgency and requirement and not providing us any relevant and confirmed information.
Kindly look into the matter if you can help us out in anyway.

ur executive here is a real dramatist
we have airtel connection form past 4 years. we have been paying the bill very promptly all the time except 2 to 3 times. now as our house is shifted we asked for shifting of telephone but ur people said as there is some problem in the area it canot be shifted and we askd for cancellation and it was processed also. after one month once agin ur executive came for bill collection and said the connection can be give to the new address and he assured it will be done in a week and took the payment. he dint turn up after that we kept calling him servaral times but no satisfactory reply came to us. in the end last week it was again told that connection is not possible and it will be cancelled.
i think it was just a big drama played by ur airtel executive to take the bill payment which is very shameful on your part, to do such things with the custormers. now once again they are saying there is balance all this is for the no-08214281209. if same thing goes on im going to the consumer court. u people are really irretating, its a mental torture to us. its better u get us this issue soleved at the earlist;
