Dear Sir / Madam,
I am the student of ISM University, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. I am using Airtel (Life Time Plan) for last eight months. Now I am facing a problem. I am seeing that in every month they are cutting Rs. 15/- from balance for Miss Call Alert Service. But I never activated that service. I called Customer Care several times but no one receiving the phone.
So, it is my request to deactivate this service immediately.
