Games Download
These are the series of problem i have been facing:
1. I was charged Rs. 99 for games download from airtel live, though i never visited the site
After calling up the customer care i was told refund wasnt possible and the customer care representative "Preeti, supervisor Customer Care" told airtel live has been disabled
2. i was Rs. 30 twice for renewal of video mode service and games service on my mobile. It was automatic which i never did. I went to the service center in jayadev Vihar and contacted the people through hotline for disabling the service.
3. yesterday Jan 30, i was charged Rs. 99 twice for games download which i never did. I called up the customer service and was told airtel live is a website which cannot be disabled and refund isnt possible
4. Again auto renewal of the games service with charge of Rs. 30 twice
Complaints:
1. how is the game download is happening without taking to the airtel live website and any confirmation of download with deduction. I have been charged Rs. 99 * 3 for the same.
2. if airtel live is a website and cannot be disabled, why was the false assurance given.
3. How are the services been automatically renewed without permisssion. Airtel calls up for unecessary issues and bugs people and for things that matter there are no calls.
Please refund the amount back

Discrepency in bill
The complaint is against bill no. 337317322 dated 13th October 2010. The bill details show that the Airtel Live was connected on 19th September and it worked non-stop for days together. I used this service on 19th and 20th September but not after that. To my knowledge, it is practically impossible for a person to get connected to a service for days. Moreover, my handset was sent for repairs on 22nd September and I shifted my SIM card to another phone which does not support such services. I lodged the complaint with Airtel and they promised to get back to me by 18th November 2010. Till date no one from Airtel has bothered to call us regarding this problem and instead we are being harassed and forced to pay the amount. We are paying the bill for the mobile usage and have not paid only for the Airtel Live. Today also, one of the executives threatened us to pay the bill or they will withdraw their services. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

Picture Post
I am have a prepaid connection of Airtel. I am still receiving their promotional emails even after NDNC registery about 2 months back. I have been subscribed to some services like "Picture Post Friendship" and they have been deducting Re. 1 daily from my balance. I have been receiving pornographic material from Airtel promoting " Hot Babes, Cute Girls, FTV Girls, Free Girls Invitation" etc. which does not suit the status of the company like Airtel. I think Airtel has gone bankrupt and is doing cheap gimmicks to extract money from the customers.

Gprs not active
Since two month ago my gprs is activate but i call more then fifty complain but still problem. When i connect gprs there shown packet data not connected. Link not available and message sending failed.

Charges deducted without using Airtel Live
That i deactivate my GPRS i.e, AirTel Live , MMS ON 21ST fEB 2007 inspite of all this Airtel deducted my rupees from my account there after i talk with Airtel customer executive at about 11:40 am on 24th April 2007 above the same and he admitted that GPRS was deactivated then why Airtel send message about thanks for using Airtel Live and deduct my account. Problem has not been solved! Very bad service!
