I had been a loyal subscriber of Airtel Kolkata for appx. 3 yrs. When I relocated to Mumbai and took up a new connection in Mumbai (No. 9967517511) the problem started. To my horror I discovered that there was no signal in my residence 3/4 mins walking from Jogeshwari station. I immediately lodged a complaint to their customer care No.121 but there was no response from their part, I gave reminders after reminders but all turned invain as they did not have even the minimum courtesy to call me or connect me to their 'Concerned Dept' for even once. Finally after being harassed for about 15 days I got adamant to talk to their supervisors or someone who can help me I pressed upon the c.s. there. I talked with Mr. Dipak, who connected me to Mr. Charanjeet but nothing helped me as they confirmed that the signal will not develop at least for 3 months!!! I got aghast and demanded for waiver of my rental as a consolation., which they denied. They are presently only pressing upon me to pay the bill and suffer from no signal for at least 15 hrs per day! I am really shocked and pained with the situation.
