deduction from balance
My mobile no. is 7894219980. Rs.1 is deducted from my balance everyday since last 4 days without assigning any reason. I have also complaint over phone and my request reference no. is CBDJB20616348674. please immediately stop deducting my balance.

Balance Deduction
I have a prepaid Airtel connection with the number 9717825604. I have already faced twice the unauthorized deductions on account of some services which were not requested by me or by my choosing or dialing any number.
But since yesterday, the Airtel people have gone a step ahead and not only diminished my balance on account of usage of GPRS which is not activated by me and I use wi-fi for internet connectivity but also bringing the balance to a negative figure by themselves activating the Hello Tunes service and also changing the songs with the result that now I am unable to contact even the complain helpline 198.

Value Added Services
My fiancee is using Airtel Prepaid connection in Pune -- Every once in a month I receive a congratulations SMS from Airtel saying stuff like "You have successfully subscribed to caller tunes. Rs 30 has been deducted from your account...".
Today I received a new surprise which says something like, "You have successfully downloaded VAS... Rs 2 has been charged from your account. Your balance is Rs. -1.20". This was not even an SMS message - it was what you call a "Flash message".
The most interesting part is that in none of the instances did I request any of the services to be activated. Airtel is subscribing me to these services and charging me for the same every month on their own wish -- very systematically.
I'd rather say that Airtel is doing this in a very pre-ENGINEERED manner.
I'm even not unaware of the fact that this happens with many other Airtel subscribers around the country. Several of these victimised/victimized customers do call back to the Customer Care cell. Some of them get a refund. A large of number of these victims ignore these messages for various reasons..
The irony of my situation now is that, Airtel now charges for speaking to the Customer Care personnel, which I can't do as my balance now is below Rs. 0.00. I wonder how Airtel subscribed me to a VAS when I didn't have the required balance -- this is an irony in itself.

wrong billing for april2011
my airtel mobile no. 9500042374
I am getting billed for MMS messages at Rs.2 per day since april 2011 without my permission and I have not asked for MMS message service
Total amount debited for april 2011 Rs.48 and the amount getting debited every day even after 1st May upto now.
I want the debit to be stopped and reverse what was debited so far.

3G Billing issue
I had activated 3G services in my mobile connection. While activating, no one has informed about the tariff rates and plan details for internet usage. While activating they said that normal plan in 2g is applicable for 3G too. But, they had activated my 2g plan and charged in normal 3G rates. For just 400 MB they have charged Rs.5700. when i launched the complaint in customer care, didn't got any response, then i launched in Nodal desk, their also no use. At last i wrote to appellate authority. That is worst than customer care. I never expected this type of annoyance from such a big organization. They are just concentrating in trapping new customers for their products by giving wrong commitments and also by ignoring the cost details. Once, they get customers, they are treating them like street dogs. While using the connection i faced many high un billed usage issues. so i called customer care and inquired three to five times. They itself accepted that due to 3g services this is happening and most of the customer's were suffered. So i informed them to disconnect the 3G services. But, they didn't done anything. Due to their laziness i received a bill for Rs.6800. Now, they are not at all replying for mails and my complaints. and also getting harsher replies from agents.

This is to inform you taht Airtel is a cheet Mobile Services.
I have received a call from Airtel regarding Hellotunes.
I received the call & Listen, than not use any key by me, I received a massage after 2 Miniut that Hello tunes choose by me & cut my account.
I called to call center in the Airtel regarding this at night & told the problem. medam told me that we remove your ammount after 4 hour but not found the ammount.
Than I called at morning in Airtel & discuss with Mr. Rahul, Rahul told me that your misteck & cut the call.
Than again called to Airtel same time & discussed with mr. Dilip.
Dilip told me that your ammount never remove.
So please see the mail any person please do not choose the Airtel

Today i felt that i had mistaken choosing airtel...i m continuse customer of airtel from last 5-6 years and i belive that airtel is much better than ohters...but today when i talk with your customer care excutive and when i see our services than i feel thats its my mistake...bcoz i m always thinking airtel is better than other service providers...
I want to change my service with aircel..bcoz its call rate is lower than urs...and i send message to your portable facility No. 1900 on dated 27 Feb (sunday) timing was approx 5 Pm...and than instant i got message from 1901... after one day (monday)...i received a call from airtel customer service center...and she (i dont know her name) say me why u want to change...i tell him bcoz ur call rate is higher...she say me we will less ur call rate than why u want to change...i say her i like airtel..if airtel give me this facility...than its really a good for me...she say me after 48 hours u have activated this facility on ur no.
when i see after 48 hours and my call rate was same i again call at ur customer service center...i tell him everything again they say me there no any type of facility is not activate...i m shocked after listen about airtel service...but i again try and say him he again say me that facility will be activate after 48 hours
its really a amazing about airtel company and really than i felt its very much stupid company and my all faith is broken on ur company
bcoz position was again same after next 48 hours...very very much stupidity

2. from how much price u recharged
3. How u recharged like through mobile or coupan
Now can u tell me who remember that on which date he recharged his mobile...price and rechrging system may be can remember but date who know
i tell him 2 out of three than he say he cant help...again shocked...when u have unique id than u can check in our system...if u cant check than ur system is also bad.
i say him talked with me ur officer and officer talk with me like stupid...
he was looks uneducated as per his talking way...than i feel BSNL is better than airtel...bcoz i think BSNL customer care is uneducated...

when i found airtel earning money from call center calls...so hold for long time...but i not disconnect my call ur excutive disconect
