After sever complaints no one from airtel resolves my problem for network issues
No signal at my home @ race course road
I am old customer of airtel. for 16 years
I will go way with my 7 connections of me and my family to another operator if matter is not resolved in 3 days

Unexpected Bill
My number is 9998042319 i am using airtel from 4.5 year and my average billing is Rs.800/- but in 2 month ago airtel send me Rs.1800 /- bill i was pay it. and i was activated plan GPRS98 but they didn't active it and send it to me bill and in last month they was sending bill Rs.3193.38/- bill no. 111-100508397
i was inquiry about detail bill i get it with 56 page bill . and every second when my mobile start they was charge .30paisa per second that means if i was power on my mobile then they claim me .30 paisa per second my airtel live service i was stoped but they was also claim .30 paisa per second with (WAP_ALL number detail)every second
finally i was tired for calling with customer care number every executive get me different statment
and i was off my mobile and i was purchase new number from vodafone my vodafone number is 9687266555 but i loss my customer from my airtel number ...

i and my family are airtel connection user for past several years
my dad Mr Mahesh Gupta 9810121357 is using airtel post paid for past 12 years, my brother Nitin 9818615302 is using airtel prepaid for 8 years, i Isha9818717365 am using airtel prepaid for 4 years, my sister in law 9818937020 is using airtel prepaid mobile for 5 years and there are lots more . the problem is of no net work coverage inside our house and call drop while talking more often
so i request to please improve its network so that i can continue it using with out any problems or else i have to switch over my loyality to some other service provider

unauthorised debits from my prepaid account
i took a new airtel connection phone no. 7738288300 and in a span of 34 days since the connection started, value-added services (VAS) automatically are activated on my phone 3 times, without my knowledge and consent and amounts are debited from my prepaid account.
I have complained to airtel all 3 times, they are so shameless they keep repeating the same fraud again and again.
The same cheating 3 times in 34 days !

Charging twice at a time for value added services
I am a prepaid customer of airtel mobile services. I use their caller song services and they charge Rs 30/- every month. As usual few days back I got a message from their customer service that they are going to deduct monthly charges for the caller song services.
The next day I noticed a sudden change in my balance. The balance was less by 30 rupees. Usually they inform(sms) their customer about the deduction and they ought to do it. But this time they did not inform me and I thought that they might have charged for Caller song. Now just hours have passed, again they have deducted 30 rupees from my account and informed properly. Damn it idiots. Why they are cheating their customer by charging twice for a single month's service. They are purposely doing this in the shadow of technical mistakes, or technically exploiting the peoples memory traffics. This is not my first experience with airtel though its service was comparatively good for the first two years. May be they are targeting these things on long time users. Anyway I started moving for an alternative step.

I asked the company to stopp commercial messege on my mobile no.9829081415 vide complaint no.0617225498 dated17.6.2010 .Burt till date they have not stopped the same.Tri must take action.MAHAVIR MEHTA-JAIPUR.

Callous Billing

I had lost my Cell phone on 2nd Oct, 2010 and obtained a duplicate sim on 4th Oct which was activated on 5th Oct. late evening. Now it is surprising that airtel has billed me for games club subscription which wasd never activated at all. They have charged another Rs. 25 for WAP all god knows what it stands for that too for the period when the phone was not with me. Several complaints to their customer care executive fall on deaf years. They are bent upon cheating hapless customers with all unwanted billing.

Disconnection
My airtel mobile no. 9872944248 is disconnected by company. My phone validity date is 17 october and balance is more than 900 rs. Customer care suggest me to recharge 44 rs for life time, I also do 44 rs recharge. Message also show life time recharge up to 2015.Now company disconnect my phone.

Thretaning Call
I am R Kumar, Due to so dispute in Airtel Post paid bill i haven't paid the bill and also Airtel stop the my service.
To resolve the outstanding issue i contact the Airtel office then they request to call Costumer care (121) they ask to contact Nodal officer. NO one resolve the issue. And my no was disconnect the in month of July2010.
NOW i am receiving the call from third party recovery Agent for payment they have my Itemize bill details, they are used these details in wrong way, My all relatives are receiving the call form below mention no 01149662035, +199810509214 from Mr. Ashok and +919540777416 from Naved Khan.
They abused and threaten me and relatives over on phone and mentally harassing to every one form 24thSept2010 on word.
I request to please see the massage as a IMPORTANT.
