Repeated Promotional SMS
My no 9950197711 is registered on Airtel DND vide reg. no S1012395765 on 04/07/09, then also iam getting promotional sms like AIRTEL DUSHERA DHAMAKA. Till now i have got 12 such sms within 5 days. I have even called there Customer care no 5 times and getting the same reply every time that you will not recieve these sms again, but all in vein.
I want the company to take immidiate action

Unauthorised deduction from balance
Deducted unauthorised amount of downloading VAS. I don't know what VAS is.They are deducting any amount as they wish from my balance.It is not good but custmor can't do anything.Take any action as you can.

services deactivated
The mobile services not activated inspite of paying the bills.
Its more than 24 hrs and i am losing client meeting because of missing outgoing calls from my mobile.

GPRS not working properly
Dear Nodal Officer/Customer Care Officers AIRTEL BIHAR,
GPRS service is not working properly in the area of Ashoknagar/Postal Park and western part of Kankarbagh, Patna since june 2008 .The towers of this area [St.Michael/Postal Park etc. ] are not working properly.
So. we are unable to connect INTERNET through AIRTEL GPRS service.
Plz.Solve the technical problem as soon as possible.

Unwanted professional messages
I am recieving a number of Professional messages which by somemistake or so make subscriber of Hello tunes/ songs etc. which I never wanted.
In fact I do'nt want any Professional Call or message on my mobile. I am not paying the Airtel Service to become a forced cutomer of any other professional.
Please acknoledge this complaint and take necessary action at the earliest, otherwise I shall be force to move to Consumer court.

Unwanted sms
I am using airtel for the past year only. I used to get unwanted sms which irritate me at any time. I have informed airtel about this and they also registered my complaint and gave me a registration no0704093374 and they also said this take a month time to feed in the system and all their vendors and dealers. Now three month over but the same unwanted sms keep coming to my mobile. I think i need to move thru consumer court only. I think that is only option available to me.

Outgoing Calls stopped by airtel
I am using 09818119861 postpaid Airtel Mobile connections since last 2 years. I didn't receive any bills for the month of Jul'08 even I lodge a complaint on 121, and out going calls stopped by Airtel, while I already paid one year advance Rent. I am not happy from your service, b'coz each & every month I have to lodge complain regarding bill. If you are not providing the bill on time, then how I will make a payment without any bill.
If you are able to continue my outgoing service within 24 hrs., Otherwise I have no other option except disconnect the connection. Pls. refund my Advance rent paid by me without any delay.

Fraud and scam
We have taken service of airtel mobile service in 2005 they offered us videotone under airtellive after one month we request his to give up videotone service say to cus. care, but now a days 15/-charged every month we are complaining every month but c.c. not responded.

Customer care at its best
If we run a poll across state to present 'The Worst Communication services' award, i am sure 'Airtel' will be elected unanimously. Its inefficiency and poor services (proclaimed to be the fastest!!!) reaches new dimensions. If you call the 'Customer Care service' after pressing two many numbers (i.e 1, 2, 5, 7, 9) and wasting nearly 10-15 mins, you will be connected to the Service representative who speaks like Parrot the following:
'Thanks for using Airtel Service. How can i help you sir??...
Sorry Sir... Really Sorry Sir for the inconvenience caused (he will repeat this at least thrice and even more if the other side is firing or raising a issue which this person doesn't even know)... We are registering your compliant... Your problem will be solved in another 48 hours. Anything else you need Sir???!!!'
I bet you will not get anything other than the above preformatted text. Many times, they do disconnect your call while you speak, by the time you would have finished all your firing (through your problem as well). Next time a different parrot!! Oh Sorry!!! Different representative will pick the call and read the above text without missing a word.
The moral of the story is 'If you are cheated by Airtel, you will have no forum to redress the issue... no mail ids, useless customer care...' Airtel really follows the principle - 'Might is Right'
Think twice before you step for the Airtel services next time.
