Non compliance of non subscription of Cricket SMS the day when india play cricket!
SInce long i m trying to unsubscribe the SMS service of cricket on the day when India play cricket. I have complained to 121 so called Customer Care but did not get any result yet. Unnecessary my money is being debited from my account.

My number when dialed says that the number is out of service
I took a airtel rental connection which, was suppose to get activated in 3 days from Friends Enterprise in Mumbai, Kandewali. The number got activated in5 days but then the number again went off, saying that the number is out of service... and the people at the shop say that it would start today or tomorow. the process has been going on since a week now.

cheat customer and farad
I am user of airtel prepaid mobile service india . the service of company is poor and they cheat customer and farad also. I sms for mobile office on date 29/09/2007 they reply –your request has been saved. Your mobile office will be activating with in 48 hours. When our mobile office service is not activated in the time I call customer care number 9935199351 and complain but they do nothing till time. They fraudulently reduce in my balance 35 rupees yet I call no any one and no any other services are activated in my mobile. I decided to file civil and criminal suit against airtel Mobil Company

Poor network!
I am having mobile no. 91-9867651000 since a year. I had made many complaint for their poor network and frequent call drop, but it is t still unresolved, company is just done away by sending massage that your complain has been resolved!

Unable to change hello tune
I had subscribe hello tune on that time offer was that purchase for one month and get two month free. And i can change hello tune without any charge in three month but now realty is that i get hello tune for only one month and i can't change my hello tune free. Any suggestions?

Poor service!
On August 31 2007, I recharged my number 9892621774 for Rs 200 with a talk time of Rs. 49.81 Transaction ID 1931967226 at 6:58 pm. Today, on September 2 2007, I have been deducted Rs. 30 even without accessing the Airtel Live Services with an SMS from 64611030 sending me a message , "Thank you for using Airtel Live Services!" when I haven't accessed Airtel Live Services when on earlier two occasions I found that the money was being deducted. On previous occasions when I had inquired regarding GPRS services, I was informed by the customer care executive that the service is absolutely free and that nothing would be charged from my account and the only requirement was to have a balance greater than or equal to Rs. 50.
Today on calling up the customer care executive, he was absolutely clueless as to how to handle case and asked me whether I had any other problem. This is an absolute mockery of customer care service ever encountered in my life. I had subscribed to Airtel because I felt that their services were much better than other companies, but sadly I m completely mistaken and my impression regarding this company is down to zero. Whenever I call up the customer care executives I find that they are not at all competent in handling the customer queries and on various occasions contradict each other when giving out information to the customers. I feel that this is the responsibility of the Bharti Telecom who are playing with the customer's money , time, and patience when they call up for information regarding the services offered by the company.
As for me I m just going to unsubscribe my account from this mobile company as it is found to be absolutely useless communicating to them as I don't get the correct information whenever I have an inquiries regarding their services.

Poor signal!
I have a airtel connection for the last 2yrs and i find the signal breaking at least 8times as i travel from office at Highcourt to residence at southmadras thru Santhome,Chennai. I have raised complaints at least on 10occasions -of course the call centre registers the same but nithing comes out of this. I hope to give up this connection very soon and change to TATA which gives much better service on the ground .
Airtel customer service does not extend beyond the call center and i don't think they care .

Regarding top up card!
Me top upped airtel card 9902624602 on 11 july at 10 pm (Banglore marathali) even i got the conformation top upped mail also but when i tried to check up the top up value after pressing *123#, i got congestion problem try letter. I supposed that after some time i would get my value and i made a call to call center people. they said to me that on 14 july they will solve my issue. Again when i made i call to them they said that on 16 ed they will solve my issue and i will get my rs 150 top up value even they had given me complaint number also, now these great telecom provider and his employees are saying that the complaint was wrong. I worked in telecom domain also and in maximum company also. How clearly they are making us fools better i will file a case in Public court. It was only 150 rs.

Wrong Deduction in prepaid balance!
The S.T.D. SMS charges are Rs.2 per SMS but Rs.4 were deducted from my balance after i sent 1 SMS to a friend in pune.
What a fraud!

Non refund of Security Deposit
My mobile number was 9845008368 and located at Bangalore, Karnataka.
I have since cancelled my connection. I have requested for refund of the deposit given at the time of joining. ie 1999.
I have not heard from them till date.
