Non-activation of pre-paid SIM
I have submitted all the required documents and photograph two times as advised by the retailer for pre-paid connection of Airtel. SIM alloted to me with No. 8967714672 in locality of Durgapur (W.B.) PIN-713212 before three months. but till date the same has not been activated. This is a matter of great displeasure from the company like Bharti Airtel. Arrange to activate the same.

Unauthorised deduction
I have a prepaid airtel connection on which every week there are some deductions on account of SMS or calls which have not been made.
The deductions are not large just Rs. 1 to Rs. 3 but why should I bear this if I have not utilised these services. Besides if un-checked it could lead to bigger deductions in future.It has happened in the past when a service for sports info was activated on my cell without my consent or knowledge and amounts were debited to my account for a long time before I realised it.
Complaints on the helpline have had no effect. The reps insist that they are cannot help. Also calls for complaints are charged to my account.

About reduction of talk time
My mobile no.9701631125. I am user of RC22 offer. It says 2200 SMS free for 10 days. But I donot know whether it fits for friends chats. For ex:5432162245837. If it not applicable. It would have been specified. The reciepents are not doing mail to my direct mobile. Through sms circle is fine. but every 2nd out going call extracting Re.1 talk time from my balance that is not meant for that. IF more, it would be from *123*6 account. It shows always amount 2344. The excess is because of Rs5 offer on *222*4. If this goes I have to change the service on expiry of balance. But I got large faith on airtell. most of times it never happened. I require proper solutions.

SERVICE DE-ACTIVATION
I have been using Airtel Mobile service since Dec 2005. My Mobile No. 9949497978. On 27th Jan'2010 they have asked me to submit my ID proof and residence proof at 5pm and they have disconnected my service the same day at 6.30pm. I have submitted all the documents on 27th Jan'2010, the same day to the Airtel employee Mr. Prasad (Mobile No.9866622640) in Paradise branch. Again in the month of Feb'2010 twice it got disconnected I called up Mr. Prasad for assistance he did not show any interest. He did not resolve the issue. and I twice got it activated from the known source. On 18th March2010 again It got the service got disconnected. when I called Mr. Prasad again he was very rude and not ready to talk to me on this issue. then I took his superior Mr. Satya's Mobile No(9849011292) and explained him the problem. He said he will activate the service the same day by afternoon but it is five days now he did not activate the service till now even after the regular follow ups. <br />
It is disgusting that with the negligence of your employees I have lost my goodwill. I request you to resolve the problem immediately and take necessary action against the above said employees.<br />

please see the complaint all airtel officers,
i'm in india m, gujarat, surat
i'm using airtel's 5 post paid and prepaid connections last 5 years,
and i'm facing network problem last 5 year and i'm continuee complaint for this metter,
before last 5 month it is solve temperarly,
but no permanent solution for this metter,
now faceing some problem in surat like my phone is complite in network but any one call me that time massage r not reachable or swit off
some time totaly tower gone...
only one solution for it just switch off and switch on the mobile,
i'm change my all sim cards and get new card (with pay Rs. 50/-charges)but problem still there,
i'm already change my mobile phone but, ...still troble
any time i'm complaint in customer care
after two days they call me solve yiour probleem
so please airtel officers solve my problem

Transiction Problem

I have paid 26/- for one special plan for the corresponding company for 1 year.
For same plan company is providing 8/- service charge for 1 month
For 26/- payment they have give me transaction that means they got my money
But after 1 month that service is disconnected
When i had discuss with them they told me that I had only paid service charges of 8/- not 26/-
so your service will only for one month
I have their Transaction Id for 26/- But still they not providing me service
What can i do?

Recieving Useless Messages after every minute
Hi,

I want to launch a complaint against the Airtel Mobile Service that i an getting a lot Useless Message (Like DMC Doctors msgs, Promotional messages) every day . It is somewhere around 30-35 message i recieve in a day, which is very disturbing for me . I actually working in a Software Testing Company wherein i need lot of concerntration while working. Many times i am over the call with clients or in a meeting and in between i get these messages which are very disturbing.

I have several times made the complaints in the customer care deptt, but i wonder if they even log the same in their systems as i never get the reference number of the complaint made. Rather every times customer care people promise and never adire to what they say.

unwanted activation of service called gclub.in
I use an Airtel service for my cell phone. day I received a message from them that I have used the service of glub.in hence forth they have charged me Rs. 15 from my balance. I talked to the Customer care who asswured me that he has deactivated the service and also refunded my money but this was not an end. Every time I recharge my balance I received the same sms and the money was deducted. I am tired of talking to the Customer care ex. again and again but this is still going on.

I am seeking for an permanent solution for this problem please do let me know if any body knows one.

despite repeated compliants, subscriptation smart alters being still debited in my account without my request/consent
Dear Sir,

Despite of my repeated compliants for stopping debiting the amount of subscription to charistain smart altets activeted as per compliant Nos details below, the amount of such subscription is being still debited in my account viz Rs 7/- (on 21 Mar) andRs 7/- (on 30 Mar) i.e. every week, Rs. 7/_ is being debited :-

(a) On 121 (Request Ref No. 0226218664 dated
26 Feb 08)

(b) Sent by e-mail (confirmation Code bd 731)
& complaint registered on 21 Mar 08 vide No ZV/3/2008 dated 21 Mar 08. I request to stop debiting such subscription & refund entire amount in account

Poor and horrible service
I had the airtel connection for about a year. RIght from the time, i had the connection, I was facing problems with it. The airtel guys are smart in collecting money from us but do not do the required service. I was fed up with the service and raised a cancellation request. THe airtel guys didnt understand my request(though i spoke in plain and simple english to one of the managers in the airtel). Then inspite of raising the cancellation request, they had not cancelled and I was getting continous bills for atleast 3 months. I coudl not reach them as i was in US and sent them atleast 10 to 20 mails. But no respond. They only say the stupid reason that they didnt get the emails when I used to get the automated reply . Atleast they should know that if the mail id is incorrect, i would not receive even the automated reply. THey should be smart alteast in telling lies. Then when i called them, they said they would return my money back. But as usual i have to follow up with them 100 times and i still get my money back. Airtel should be ashamed to do such a service . Inspite of sending mails that a case will be filed, they behave the same way and they are least bothered.SOmebody should take serious action on them
