Sir my Mobile no. : 9898204310 is. It's outgoing service has been deactivated since last 22 days onwards. I request to you that please activate this service. My unbilled amount will be paid immediately.

No Privelage Provide
Unnessary calls for the payment of dues . i ve been using these service for more than seven years. and Cleared all payments . after regular payment of due for such a long period. i should b given some Privelage. Wherelse no Privelage is as yet provided. instead i start gettin Calls to make the payments before due date has arrived. At times ur collection executive demand for payment. even when Payments are made. ur Services are very good. nothing to demand more. But it was very bad experience when the service was stopped for just Rs 170. For the month Oct . Where i ve been making Payments in thousands every month. i am very upset about that and i dont want to continue with ur Services

Excess billing
I am 2-1/2 year old customer with airtel post paid connection.
Now I am receiving excess billing since last 2 months. Prior to this things were OK.
This billing is in form of SMS charges.
On calling to airtel customer care they are just telling that you have send these SMS through Airtel live, this is inbuilt service .
As informed them repeatedly that we never use this service , but customer service employee insist that you are using this service, hence you have to pay.
Further I requested them to deactivate this service of airtel live, they said no.
Ultimately no solution is in sight, but I have to pay or disconnect the services due to unnecessary harasment.

OUT OF STATION MOBILE OFFICE, ROUGH & DUMB 121
My (+919970979909) MOBILE OFFICE is OUT OF STATION from 18/08/2007. In these 10 days I can't use this service
GPRS (Maharashtra).
Several Times I had called 121 Customer Care=
Customer Problematic Service. Daily Morning Calling to 121-414 (Technical Department), Everytime they told me one NEW EXCUSE, & answered it will be avaible within 4 Hours & I can use MOBILE OFFICE. Within 10 days, 4 HOURS of 121 are not finished. Some-times 121 told that MOBILE OFFICE is now available (Today 27/08/2007 Also), OFF the Mobile, put out SIM, after 5 minutes insert SIM, ON the MOBILE, you will now get MOBILE OFFICE on your MOBILE. But that is as like AirTel = NOT AVAIBLE. So contacting again to 121, I see that my 121 was BLOCKED.
Also Rough answers are given from 121. One Operater said 'Dont Talk ANGRILY, I will disconnect the Call and He DISCONNECTED.
Within 10 days I am not able to work on MOBILE OFFICE
& AirTel is Looting Rs. 11.99 DAILY REGULARLY. Upto TODAY my Rs. 120/- are LOOTED WITHOUT giving ME MOBILE OFFICE Service.
Today in our local news paper SAKAL, the NEWS is
'FROM 18/08/2007 GPRS IS NOT AVAILABLE IN OUR EREA, AND CUSTOMERS ARE CHEATED BY DEDUCTING THEIR Rs. 11.99 DAILY, WITHOUT SERVICE.'

Improper deductions
For the second consecutive month, I have been charged for VAS charges at Rs. 25. I never made any request for the said services, for which I am penalized unnecessarily.

Billing and network issue
This is in reference to the complaint raised by me for "No network coverage" in the basement in Sector 18, Gurgaon (behind Maruti Udyog).
The complaint number is : 10544718.
The request was raised on 23-Nov-06 and the expected date for resolution was 27-Nov-06.
I wish to bring to your notice that the status of my request is still "OPEN" and I have not heard from anyone from Airtel side.
This is a known issue in this area and I am not able to understand why Airtel is so keen in loosing it's old customers for this very old issue which can be resolved by installing a booster (which all other service providers have already done).
I take this opportunity to raise this issue through your esteemed organization, so that Airtel does something to improve it's services and does not let few people to spoil the company's name.

Poor customer care assistant
I have airtel sim card and belongs to maharashtra region. from past 5 days i have the call diverting problem, when i called to any airtel number it get automatically diverted to another unknown number and the chain follows. I registered the complain to customer care center Pune but they haven't any proper explanation. I am experiencing very poor assistant by airtel customer care center and yet my problem is not solved. I have lost money as well as my valuable business meeting calls due to this. Very poor customer care assistant.

Repetitive documentation required
I’m sorry to say but I’ve very bad experience with Airtel.
My connection is a post-paid connection that my father-in-law planned to gift to me. So, he purchased the connection from Sheeba-Tel, C-7, Jail Road, New Delhi and gifted it to me about four years ago. Since then, I’ve given all documentation with my residence proof and all not once or twice but thrice but nobody seems to bother at all and we are reconciled to the fact that he will receive the bill. I’ve given my no. to so many people that I can’t change my no. howsoever much I desire.
This communication is, however, triggered by a call from Airtel regarding a my wife's pre-paid connection no. again purchased from Sheeba Tel. The connection was, again, purchased from the same dealer and proper address proof given. Sometime ago, there was a call from Airtel that if address proof is not submitted in 24 hours, the connection will be disconnected. We submitted the documents at Sheeba Tel. Then, again, the process was repeated and we re-submitted the documents. Today, again, there was the same call. My only reaction is that PLEASE DISCONNECT THE NO. BECAUSE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO KEEP ON SUBMITTING MY ADDRESS PROOF EVERY OTHER DAY TO YOU.
IF YOU CAN’T TAKE CARE OF ALL THE DOCUMENTS I’M SUBMITTING TO YOU, IT’S YOUR PROBLEM. I CAN’T RUN AROUND SUBMITTING ALL THE DOCUMENTS YOU REQUIRE EVERY OTHER DAY.
