false service charge deduction and using up the balance

obtained the 64kprepaid sim 89915231000064732427
mobile no9546442 on 22 06 10 and activated and recharged.
immediatitely after recharging messages started pouring in stating the amonts deducted fromm the balance and depleting my balance for the services i never asked for .
i had long arguments with senior executive on same night and he was convinced and refunded the amount deucted for the fictitious charges .
i categorically told him not to activate any services on my number in futer i had another no taken on same day no9546446443 and asked same for ths number also .
i kept my mobile switched of .
i received the message again on switching on my mobile deducting again for some fictitious service that i never asked for
this is nothing but cheating .
i want my balance is restored immediately
