The connection taken is the second connection taken from the service provider Airtel (An Bharti Group). All the formalities were completed by the sales person visited in one go. All charges were also paid in cash and given the receipt for that. Later the address verification was also done by company's agency and they have also taken copies of the address proof. Now after twelve days of activation of mobile the services have been withdrawn and on asking the reason the customer service department gives the status that address is mismatch. Please note that we have one another Mobile of same service provider at the same address and bills are received and paid from this address only.
Is this not an extreme example of mismanagement? Why should I not sue for this careless attitude?
