Sub: Mal-functioning of Broad band connection at the Office Network

This Office is the Engineering branch office set up in the recent past for the main Office held at Canada deals with Automation Conveyor systems and having Customers all over the world. To keep pace with the daily routine and very important calls have to be attended otherwise which causes so inconvenience for both the customers as well as our company. Believing the services provided by your reputed Network Agency, all the cell phones of this Office have been connected to Air Tel and the same was anticipated in setting up broad band connection for our Office and one at the home at Sector 33, Chd.

Initially the Net phone was working absolutely fine with Air Tel Connection. Some representatives from your company approached this Office for the set up of the static IP for the Net telephone, and the same is not functioning for the past one month, causing heavy loss to the reputation of our Company. The Instrument was taken personally to Canada and tested at various locations and found working well. The same instrument brought back and tested again but found not functioning.

Your Customer Care Office has been reminded quite no. of times but none has responded so far. The services provided by your Company has been embarrassing and defaming the reputation of our Firm. All your representatives were approached many times by our staff but no body did turn up, as they promise at the time of complaint to rectify the problem.

You are therefore requested to intervene into the matter very seriously to keep the tempo of Air Tel services at its best and rectify the problem at the earliest, otherwise which may lead our firm to loose faith in your services and proceed to the Consumer Court, CII and Ministry of Information and Broadcasting if necessary.
