UNETHICAL PRACTICES OF AIRTEL
I AM ONE AMONG THE MILLION AFFECTED CUSTOMERS OF AIRTEL MOBILE UNJUST SERVICES. AIRTEL RECRUITS A BUNCH OF GUNDAS FOR THEIR TELECALLING SERVICES AND GIVES A HEAVY MENTAL AND VERBAL TORTURE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS BY WHICH THEY SEEM TO GAIN NOTHING BUT ONLY LOSE THEIR NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS DAY BY DAY.
THE SITUATION OF AIRTEL CUSTOMERS BECOME MORE WORSE IF ANY OF THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS ALSO POSSESS AN AIRTEL CONNECTION. FOR INSTANCE IF A WIFE HAS A POST PAID AIRTEL NUMBER AND HER PAYMENT IS DELAYED DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE REASONS THE AIRTEL OFFICIALS BAR THE INCOMING CALLS OF HER HUSBAND'S MOBILE PREPAID SERVICE FOR NO FAULT OF HIS. TO WORSEN THE SITUATION THEY RECEIVE ALL (NO MATTER PERSONAL OR OFFICIAL) CALLS WHICH COME TO THE HUSBANDS MOBILE AND ENQUIRE ABOUT EACH AND EVERY CALLER'S RELATIONSHIP WITH THE MOBILE USER AND ALSO INFORMING THAT THE HUSBAND'S INCOMING CALLS HAVE BEEN BARRED BECAUSE OF THE WIFE'S PAYMENT DELAY. ALL THESE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES ARE DONE BY AIRTEL GUNDAS IN THE NAME OF TELECALLERS. IF ANY COMPLAINT IS GIVEN TO THE AIRTEL HIGHER OFFICIALS, THEY DON'T CARE TO RESPOND AT ANY POINT OF TIME, AS THEY ALL COME UNDER ONE CATEGORY. SO BEWARE OF AIRTEL COMPANY AND AVOID USING THEIR THREATENING SERVICES

Getting unwanted calls

I got an unwanted calls for so many times. always they are asking this number is an electricity board. i'm very much tensed due to this calls. kindly check it whether my number is misused

sir i have honour to state that i am using airtel digital tv as custmor id 3000960807. since last one week the set of box is not working properly. i have launched 7 complaints against it and company is not entertaining.please help me.

Shifting of BroadBand Connection
Am in chennai. I already have the Airtel Broadband connection. 2 months back, I shifted from one location to another location in chennai. And also, I requested the AIRTEL to shifting my Airtel Broadband connection to my new location. But, AIRTEL is not care about my request. They looking money only. Am very disappointed for this case. Most of the AIRTEL customers are facing this issue in before, current and future also. AIRTEL is dont care about this. I said 100% true word. "AIRTEL is looking for money not for Customer care". In future, most of peoples are avoiding this AIRTEL products. Its one of the fraud company in future.

poor service
the airtel people have changed the offer but didnt inform me of the new changes, i have recharged wit 77 and found out tat i can msg only to other aitel people wit my 20000 and i vil be charged 9ps if i msg to any other network. Then i called airtel customer care and they told me to recharge again wit 22 to get 2200 msgs which i send to any network and valid for 30 days. after i kept tat 22 rc then they again changed their word and said tat its only valid for 10 days.. nw i lost nearly 100 rupees for a offer which is worthless. airtel authority plz dnt fool customers.

Unbilled usage amount
My concern is about the unbilled usage amount till 17th july, 2011. Currently I am using corporate plan (CUG 85) . I have activated GPRS on 12th july, 2011 with 198 monthly plan on my phone, Its having 3 GB free for one month. My bill amount of previous month (June ) till 6th june was around Rs. 340, which I would pay before 24 july .

Now, for the month JULY (after 6th july), My unbilled usage till 14th july, 2011 was Rs.331.9 then after suddenly on 15th july, 2011 it was Rs. 650.5 and again on 16th july, 2011 it was Rs. 806.0 and till 17th july, 2011 it was Rs. 2560.7. My GPRS usage till 19th July 19, 2011 is only 200 MB of 3GB and I am not using more than Rs. 25 on daily basis for calls.

I have also talk to Customer care regarding this issue but didn’t got any response( ref no. F900403853).

I wanted to know from where and why these unbilled usage amount getting increases on daily basis?????

I am Sonia. I am using airtel pre paid connection from last 5-6 years. My mobile no. is 98960-35916. My complaint is the Service Providers debit alot of money from the consumers account. They by themselves activate services on our phone and then debit the ammount regularly without giving us any prior or later information.From last 15-20 days daliy they debit rs 5 from my acount as they had activated some HUNGAMA CLUB service on my phone, inspite of my 2 times complaint in their so called COSTUMER CARE, no action is taken by them.Kindly help me in this regard. Ishall be highly obliged.

Re: NETWORKING
I ported from safaricom with No. 0724 290 231 to Airtel on 8th/o6/2011. I was issued Sim card No. 8925403132100194670 on receipt No.0052304. I was deactivated immediately no sooner than I had reached my place of work which is nearby the shop unlike the 48 hrs i was assured of. On contacting the the customer care, i was given procedures which never worked then referred to Safaricom to confirm. Back again I was referred to CCK.They had no business in that. Almost despairing, I visited the shop again. I was issued with another Sim card No. 8925403132100888135 which worked. Being so excited for going back on air, unfortunately I pressed a feature 3 after dialing 111 which told me choose own number unknowing it wasn't irreversible. My line changed to 0786 290 231. After lodging a complain, i was given reference No. 187949.I want my original number back. Even after several calls and visits at the shop, no one has resolved the myth until at last my Sim card has got lost. Neither has anybody bothered calling me back. This is my main number. I have sworn never to call the customer care again for reason being the last person who attended to me was so arrogant. Furthermore asking questions harshly which could easily be traced on the computer. Who is the boss between me and him? Does he know how much I has suffered because for being off air? Whom do I go to now if everyone is just sweet talking me while others for his image and the competitive platform instead of acting?
