Cricket services
I have deactivated the cricket alerts and services even then the cricket messages still appear and continuously to my account. My Mobile no. is 09730414890 ( Airtel Prepaid). I am trying this service to be deactivated from my no. from the past six months. I have called customer care many times regarding this matter but the situation is same as there it was. I have also sent messages to deactivate this service and received the confirmation but still the cricket messages come and money is getting continuously deucted from my account. Last month i didnt recharge my account, then the messgages didint appear but when i got it recharged, they have again started. I am even fed up of complaining to airtel prepaid customer care.

excess billing

i had asked for deactivation of my airtel corporate connection No.(9972600779) two years back, then had not done that and when i left my place i had requested document saying for deactivation on 09/03/09, but on 27/12/09 they are sending email to pay the bill amount of approximately Rs 7, 100. every alternate days i am getting threating calls from the airtel executives and i am very afraid.
please help me

The service of 5432101, which i haven't use but charges are levied in my bill from past three. I am not checking the bills some how i got the time to check my bill this time, they are doing fake in the bills, the message are given with time but at given point of time i even touch the phone

Wrong deduction of balance
I recharged my mobile phone with Rs.395 on 05 Jan 10. In this recharge Airtel company provides unlimited net downloading for 30 days. But on 11th Jan 10, when i tried to download a calander from the link -

airtel charged me Rs 25 for this then why the company says that Airtel provides unlimited downloadin for 30 days. After this i tried to contact airtel customer care for an enquiry but no response from customer care no 121.
Please lodge this complain against the company.

my name is mohd.abdul.samad.
mobile no 91 9849122084 address hno .16-3-810 chanchalguda hyderabad a.p. india .i had not use the air tel sim seven months but it is life time sim till 215 after seven months not used i has using this sim from 06-01-2010 ( mobile no 9849122084 ). i had recharged my mobile rs 55 and 32 also for .50paisa local call in morring today itself . 11/01/01but in after noon the air tel had blocked by sim for no reson .i had visted malakpet air tel office in after noon and talk the officer said i had to purchase a duplicate sim costing rs 50. and i had given i .d proof ie my scooter liencens copy so i had purchased it but till now my new sim of same no ie 9849122084 is not activated .plz activated my sim with my no 9849122084 urgently thanking you

Wrong deduction as per tarriff
Dear Sir,
I had activated night tarriff on my number +919956207288 on 25.12.2009, but till now that tarriff isnt working, i had launch several complaints about same matter to the customer care but still my complaint is not been sort out .
They are not responding me each and every time they tell me the same answer " aaj se kaam karega".
Plaese look after the matter and help me.

wrong information
today i have recharge my airtel balance with rs.98 for the plan unlimited local & national sms (700 sms/day).but i found that airtel company change this plan to 2gb internet surfing & downloading plan.but i have no idea today company change this plan.by this mistake i loss my balance.please take correct action against this mistake as soon as possible.<br />

HORRIBLE RESPONSE
No response on 121 and they force to visit their outlet where they will say talk to customer care. Just playing football with customer.
They will not give any senior / responsible person detail.

Coneection Barred
I Have purchased 2 Airtel sim's. After using 1 week, they barred all incoming outgoing calls. After that I called to customer care on 121, they told to re-submit the ID Proof to any nearest airtel office. When i went to nearest airtel office(Airtel relation ship center-Gandi Nagar, B'lore) they are not responding well. All though I have again submitted the ID proof & photos along with duly filled enrollment forms (enrollment form nos. are as follows: 8519884 & 2872132)on 26.12.09. Several request is being made to retrieve the connection but till date connection has not been started. I Have registered the complaint on 02.01.09(complaint no: 010221074500) in their customer care on 121, they told the issue will resolved before 06.01.09, 3.00 pm. again i called to customer care, they ask 2 more days for resolve the issue & given new complaint no. 3017124512. But today they are telling it will take 2 more days for close the complaint.
