My mobile no is 9840468396, I get sms from 54321 that: Thanks for downloading Mailalert from Airtel. You have been charged Re 1.After this a sms from 57333 that you have a new mail.
Then Rs1.Debit from my belence so i want 2 stop this mailalert service.I ask from customercare but no responce get me..Pls deactivate mailalerts 4m my no...I am loosing my balence .

for chrging extra charges of gprs
i recharged my account by 89 RS. on 24 dec 2009 to activate gprs plan of 100 mb download limit
but when i started to use gprs then immediately they have started deduction by no rental plan instead of MY 100 mb limit plan and at same time when i used to call customercare they blocked my customercare service

FRIEND'S CHAT SERVICE
I M TOTALLY FRUSTATE COZ OF AIRTEL SERVICES.
I M UNSUBSCRIBE TWO TIME FRIEND CHAT SERICE BUT CUSTOMER CARE TOLD ME THAT I M NOT UNSUBSCRIBE THIS SERVICE ALSO TOLD ME THAT UR SERVICE IS RENEWED.
DUE TO THIS PROBLERM I M BEAR LOT OF AMOUNT.

AUTOMATIC DEDUCTION OF BAL
We are using ur airtel no 9829062351 in the name of Mr. Abhay Jain.
An amount of rs.60 was automatically deducted from my a/c on 22dec. 2009.i didnt applied for any hellotune or any other service. sohow m i responsible for this charges. so please take the required steps regarding my complaints and get back my balance again.
this airtel can charge anything anywhere

So, these people are not capable to communicate with your customer care executive and get it remove, according to his individual requirment.

want to start the old no but not able to
hello sir
this is mahadev.c.burud i have the airtel connection in postpaid and my no is 9890799998, i used to receive the billing statement properly to my respetive addresh that is rudrai niwas survey no 81/1 shrikrishna nagar road no b4 dhighi alandi road pune 15.
but my previous bill of 3000 was pending due to that my no was blocked i had speak to mr mukesh regarding that and he told me to pay 1500 against those bill and he was suppose to mail me the other details but i still din't receive any mail
another add was also provided to them for billing but i din't receive the proper bill
now i want to start my no again so plsss tel me what should i do so that my no will start again
please give me the call on my second no ie 9764327328 so that i will complete all your procedure and will make that no reactive

dear airtel on friday a msg came on my mobile now its, wrote thank u for subscribing airtel buddy & find budy but i newer subscribe to that, s offer
i called the custmer service thet did, nt solve my problem they were giving me abuse so tell me what i do that service which i don, t want take so why they do that on my mobile its not my problem its also same problem of my friend if u can, t do any thing so airtel is very dirty &very ghatiya compney hai
