sim problem
i lost my airtel phone and along with sim(9815840660) i got registerd f i r and got the copy and submit to sahni communication on saturday, they gave me duplicate sim and told within 2 hours your sim will be active, todays 3rd day yet my phone is not actavised, this is very shameful for a company like u and the behaviour of all of your dealers of patiala not up to the mark.
please active my phone as soon as possibale

RECENTLY THERE IS A SERVICE CALLED “FRIENDS CHAT” WICH S DIRECTLY ACTIVATED BY THE AIRTEL COMPANY DIRECTLY.THIS IS A SOURCE OF INCOME TILL THE TIME U DON CHECK UR MESSAGES.THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY FRIENDS USING AIRTEL NETWORK...

V DINT ACTIVATE TIS SERVICE.
THIS SERVICE TAKES INITIALLY RS.30 MONTHLY CHARG.RS2 FOR EACH MSG SENT BY COMPANY.EACH DAY U MAY RECEIVE NEARLY 10 MESSAGES.SO U REPLY OR NOT UR MONEY IS REMOVED…..

I M THE ONE AFFECTED BY TIS PROBLEM.SO UR QUESTION “WHY DON’T U STOP THE SERVICE SENDING MSG OR CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE”
I TRIED SOLVING BY SENDIN MSG “STOP” TO UNSUBSCRIBE..BUT IT WIL ALWAYS REPLY U AS “INVALID RESPONSE”, ”UNRECOGNISED”…..
SO NXT I TRIED CALLING TO AIRTEL CUSTOMARE CARE.INITIALLY THEY MAY SEND U A MSG AFTR CALLING THEM AS SERVICE STOPPED .BUT THE SERVICE S NOT STOPPED UNTIL U RECEIVE A UNSUBSCRIBED MESSAGE FRM THE SAME NO..

Activation of pack without confirmation
I received a call from Airtel executive
Mr. IRFAN on 4th Nov09 regarding advantage pack in which i was not interested and i told him do not activate this pack but I have received a message today 7th Nov09 that the advantage pack is activated I dont know why he has activated the pack when I said NO.

On 7th Nov09 I called Airtel customer care and I through to Ms. Sarita and I informed her about my problem after which she disconnected my call.

This is how your customer care executives work and harras the customer who are using Airtel from last 6 to 7 years.
Hope you will do the needful.

from last month i am paying for sms bill of 700 Rs, from 15 days i am complainting to airtel custmer care but there is no action plz i am not able pay the sms bill

against broadband connection
Dear sirmam
myself Gagan Deep singh. i had booked an airtel broadband connection from your ludhiana office by mr yogesh beri.
he has taken Advance from me of RS 500- FOR COINNECTION THREE OR FOUR MONTHS BEFORE. after a month he told me there is no D.P available there. then i asked him to return money, he stopped picking up my calls. i had complaint in office also by telephonic calls, but i get no response there.

NON SATISFY RECHARGING
I recharged 30/10/2009 RS155 0N TALK TIME RS 155 BY OFFER to my number 9952528122 .but i have RS138.53 only CREDITED .there is no proper response from airtel customer care office at tamilnadu and disoppointed by thier useless activities .till I was cheated by MR.AIRTEL.
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME FOR ME.FIRST TIME IS RS333-TT333 BUT CREDITED 0NLY RS200.BUT I AM FAILED &WAS CHEATED BY MR.AIRTEL .

Cheating

My No: +91-9987904848 is prepaid, will recharge avery month INR 60 .00 for House Use, but every time unless deduct mony from my balance, approx 7 time we do the complain, but dint give any respoince from airtel person
also note: my Totak Loss INR 420.00
