very poor network and your bad relationship centre srevices
I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING TO AIRTEL FOR MORE THAN 4 YEARS ABOUT THEIR VERY POOR NETWORK IN MUIMBAI REGION. ONLY CALL COMES FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES BUT THIS IS YET TO BE SOLVED. IN TRAINS IN MUMBAI AND AROUND THERE IS NO NETWORK AT ALL. i HAVE LOST ALMOST THOUSAND OF RUPEES DUE CALLS BEING CANCEELED DUE TO NETWORK PROBLEM.
SECONDLY IN RELATION SHIP CENTRE WHAT EVER IS TOLD REGATDING BIL PLAN CHANGE THEY ACCEPT AND TELL US VERBALLY THAT PLAN IS CHANGED BUT ACTUALL WHEN BILL IS RECD SUCH PLAN IS INCORPORATED.
COMPARING TO RELAINCE AND TATA AIRTEL HAS VERY VERY BAD NETWORK AS WELL CUSTOMER SERVICES.

without active any scheme debit the amount
i, surekha patil, customer of airtel prepaid Account. i am not satisfied the service provided by Airtel. the last month wihtout active any scheme the Rs. 20/- deduct from my account. massage come from 543212 and this month also deduct the 20/- Rs. from my prepaid account. the airtel service masssage every day headache to me by call or sms. every day they call three and four times. massage sent five or six a day.

i am student i have suffering by airtel stk over past few days . i have been charged for every now and then . i tried to inform customer care and they are not responding properly . i am now afraid of putting balance in my mobile

Airtel is not returning my cheque

I had applied a internet connection on 17'th September 2009 and paid three month rent as Rs 2397.00/ through a person called Ravi.
From that day one has called me and update me the status of the connection. I only calling customer care and the person who had taken my application form to get the status of the connection. Every time when I call they said the connection will be given in 1 or 2 days.
I had lost the patient and finally got the information from Callcenter(I only called and got the info) that they will not be able to give the connection due to the unavailability of the port.
But They haven't return my cheque back.
Initially i had good opinion on Airtel but after seeing this really it is bad and they are trying to cheat me.

Network issues
I am havin Network issues since a month with the number 9766713169.I am gettin Xero network in my house.I have called the customer care alot of times but they are just giving me deadlines of further 15 days.I have waited for more than 20 days after i have filed a complaint but they are givin no response.I am havin problem as the network is zero and i can't receive any calls.After being so harrased by them they gave me a mobile number so some head of maharashtra for airtel who never picks up his phone.

indoor signal problem in the city area
i have been using the airl tel post paid connection(9944954495) for the past two years and recently for the past six months in our area (i.e., nehru, avanashi main raod coimbatore) we are facing the indoor signal problem . from our mobile we lauched many complaints to customer care but nobody is taking care of this compalint. kindly help me

Worst customer service
Hi Have given complaint about the network issue with Airtel about 6-7months back. custoemr care execs always say we need some more time from past 5 months.
if I ask them atleaset give me deadline for the solution, the only answer will be "we cant give any deadline date for the solution and they will say that executive will arrange a callback from Network Team", and which never happene for me.
My Airtel Mobile being Corporate Post Paid connetcion, my office people and my customers will obviously try to reach on my mobile and today they getting message as "Airtel you are trying to reach is switched OFF" even the cell phone was Switched ON. I want to get rid of this Stupid Airtel..
I want the solution ASAP
