	Aliasgar S Chechatwala September 14, 2009 GPRS Plan 199 unlimited discontinue without any confirmation Myself Aliasgar S CHechatwala holding Airtel connection along with GPRS plan 199 unlimited but GPRS plan has been withdrawn without any confirmation. Send mails to Airtel but go the negative reply that GPRS plan 199 unlimited cannot activate as this has been withdrawn from the market. But stil this plan my colleauges are using. instead of GPRS unlimited Airtel providing me the other GPRS plan which iam not ready to accept
	Partha Sarathi Chatterjee September 13, 2009 Deactivation of STD pack(Rs 30 rental per month) Arround seven months back I have activated one STD pack through sms. In that offer STD rate is Rs 1/minute and RS 30/month is rental. When to deactivate, I had contacted to customer care, they had told me to contact to 123 and through sms it will be deactivated. But in 123 there was no such option to deactivate STD pack.

	s.khurana September 11, 2009 subscription charge Dear Team, i have a mobile connection of Airtel Which No. is 09993771583, 3-4 time 20 to 30 rs. charge in my account by airtel and send message that "Thanks for using (Sudscriptions, textbased services)subscription service on Airtel WAP you have been charged 20-30" when i have not uses these services and also log complaint that i have no required of these type services in my mob pls deactivated these servises. i have complent many time to Airtel customer care but no resolution till time and charge detaction is continously by this i m in very problem and always in tention that should i recharge mobile or not pls help me and take action asps.waiting for ur reply...
