Mobile Bill Payment(9910953589)
Hi

I was service feeder of airtel. As per plan i was eligible to browser 100MB GPRS data. Every times this service was deactivated . I have complaint number of all request to activate this service. As time of this deactivation i was not in city so i have lost my 3 day working (online) and i was not able to cancel my reailway ticket.

I called to airtel to just recovery of my money in bill but they said they are not resposible. I said if i pay for service then you should give me proper service. Now my number is disconnected (9910953589.

Tell me what should i do. Do i pay whole bill.

MY REPLY

The grievance is as follows

1. On Sept 7 2009 I got a SMS from 64611030 as follows " Thanks for using (life_pack, subscription) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You have been charged Rs 30. Enjoy http://gclub.in". The same SMS came on August 7 2009 also and as per my contact with customer care ( Req ref no: 080xxx5106 ) they refunded back the amount charged.

2. Lot of irrelevant messages are coming from 56363, I contacted customer care, one man says it is not sent by Airtel. Again I called another one says its free service. I told him that whether it is free or not i don't want it. He agreed and informed me that it is a life pack and will be deactivated in 24 hours. But the message was coming even after one week.

3. Presently I am Roaming in Bangalore. Rs 30 has been deducted while was in Bangalore. When I called 121 I got connected to Karnataka Airtel customer care. They told me to call kerala customer care and given be the number 9895198951 and they told it is toll free. I called that number to complain the wrong charging Rs 30. The lady told me to wait till Sept 9 2009 2:45 PM. Nothing happend after that time. ( But it was not toll free, I have been charged Rs 6 for that )

4. Then I have sent the following email and you can also see your reply. And you informed "We would like to inform that your concern has already been registered under service request number 0907107534.We would revert to you on or before 09/09/09."


And now what see happened from my point of view

1. I have lost Rs 30
2. I have lost Rs 6 by calling Airtel Kerala customer care from Karnataka
3 I have to Recharge my Account ( Normally i am charging for full talktimes like 222 etc, but now I had only Rs 100 charged )
4 My lot of of time and energy lost for an Error on part of Airtel

Now you are saying

I think the system updation is a never ending process with Airtel, whenever I call customer care for any account related matters, those fellows tell system updating .

From a customer stand point :

I don't bother whether you update system or not, and there is no point in telling lot of regrets and sorry for that.
And my business is not calling customer care every day.


So I want credit of following amount immediately

Wrong charging Rs 30
Cost for calling customer care Rs 6
Internet charge for emailing Rs 15
Fulltalk time lost ( 100-89) Rs 11
Amount for taking my time uselessly Rs 25
Total Rs 87

It your discretion whether or not to give back the amount, but being a customer of Airtel for past xx years I feel that you will take care of me. Else I have no binding on using Airtel itself. Its very easy to switch to other cost effective good networks.

Wrong Charged Made
I have a mobile connection of Airtel. My number is 9760022761, I have taken a voice plan of Rs 200 with 400 GPRS Plan, I generally use this connection for the internet but few days before on 26-Aug-09 .I was surfing net on my laptop in the night suddenly I received a message from the 54321 regarding Thanks for downloading video from Airtel you have been charged Rs.15 at 1:00 am and again I received on more message from 54321 regarding Thanks for downloading Java game from Airtel, you have been charged Rs.99 at 1:01 am.

I have logged the complaint regarding this to the customer care of Airtel 121 that I have not downloaded any game and video from the Airtel Live, as they told me. Why I have been charged for this, they logged the complaint bearing complaint no 22377488, they told me that they will get back to you on 28th Aug at 1000 hours. But I haven’t received any call from their side regarding my complaint. And they made a bill of Rs 1055/- for the month of Aug-Sep. Once I called up customer care regarding my complaint on
7-Sep-09, what Is the status of my complaint they told me that you have downloaded and you have to pay for this.

But sir I haven’t downloaded any game and video from the Airtel Live. Plz give me solution what should I do for this.

No Customer Care Response
I had recharged my mobile with 10 Rs and I got 7 Rs talktime on 4 th Aug. Before I ringed customercare and asked whether any servise is activated or not. He answred no to me. After some days my balance became 0.16 Rs. Then I complained CUSTOMER CARE but he refused to say me about it.I request that AIRTEL being very good telecommunication co. will refund my recharge and GOOD CUSTOMER CARE response.

deducting GPRS charges for not activated
Dear Sir,

I ( Mr.Deepak V Phalke. ) am using Airtel in Mumbai amd My NO.is 9867452006 . I have told airtel customer servises to stop my GPRS which deduct 10 Rs. every day but the past 4 days they do not stop the deduction from my prepaid mobile. and every day they deduct my 10 Rs.

Can you help to stop this I every day phone to customer servies of Airtel but still they do not bother of us.

I am MR. Partha Sarathi from New Delhi & my mobile number is:9873226363.I have another mobile number, i.e.9547885628, which is kolkata Air Tel number.
My problem is this, when I am calling to this airtel number, my mobile is showing "it is a wrong number, pls check the number".While I am calling to other all mobiles as well as landlines, Std & Local, I am not getting any problem from my vodafone number and my mobile. Also when I am calling to this Air Tel number from other mobiles, there has not any problem .Only particular this Air Tel number is showing problem, when I call from my vodafone number.
