Problem in bill receiving
I am using Airtel Postpaid Phone with number: 9650601143 and i have not recieved the bill from last 2 months and airtell is asking for 50 RS charge for providing the bill.

AIRTEL NEW CONNECTION FRAUD / SCAM
I Purchased a new Airtel Mobile Post paid Connection : 9650722227 on 18th Aug 2009.
I beleive that there is Fraudulent activity against me from Airtel / Airtel reseller
Some one from Airtel, The Person name was Ashok and I believe he was from Karshni Solution as it is written on receipt took my self attested documents and Rs500 against a new mobile connection: 9650722227. In return they provided me receipts with fake number on it which either does not exist or no one answer these phone.
The no. 9650722227 belongs to some one named Subhash as per the information provided by 121 Airtel customer care.
I beleive that my documents are miss used, as no one returned my documents or Rs 500 and same phone number is active but with some one else.
No apology for this misconduct by Airtel or their representatives. also they blocked my other no. i was calling them from.
what are my options here, should i inform police, as i dont want some one on my door after couple of months creating scene as my documents are in wrong hands
what are my options here?

dear sir some females from 9902176200 are calling us and using very dirty words just find out what for they are calling us and why they are abusing. our entire family are the customers of airtel from more than 10 yrs this was the first time we were feeling why we have gone for airtel. call us on 9849990078 or 9963209585 immediately and plz solve our problem.

no outgoing sms
i am unable to send SMS FROM MY MOBILE PAST FOUR DAYS MY CONNECTION IS PREPAID I HAVE TOPUP MY ACCOUNT 20 DAYS BEFORE DONT KNOW THE REASON CUSTOMER CARE IS ALSO NOT SUPPORTING AND SOLVING MY PROBLEM

Airtel Service and Customer Care are Cheaters.
AIrtel Customer care do not have basic manners to speak to customers. They treat customer as cockraches. Their Supervisors disconnect your call inbetween and will treat you very very rudely.
My Airtel prepaid number is 9535120130.
The Airtel Customer care service is really really worst, they don’t have basic manners/courtesy to speak to customer. If they cannot solve your problem they will simply disconnect the call. More over this is encouraged and always practiced by their floor in charge (Supervisors).
I spoke to Airtel Customer care and as the executive on call was not able to solve my technical issues, I insisted to speak to his supervisor, what was really shocking was most of the times they call some other executive and then he will pretend and speak as if he/she is floor in charge. At last i could speak to a real supervisor (Named: Manohar from Bangalore customer care/Technical support) and he too disconnected my call in-between and did not even bother to call back (incase if the call got disconnected accidentally).
I took the pain and called them again to just know why they disconnect the call like this, and when i asked the previous person name they said his name is Manohar, just Manohar
without any last name or Surname. They all tried just to confuse me so that I cannot complain against that particular person.
WORST things started when they were giving all wrong information about my SMS recharge; they were creating their own offers randomly on the call and were trying to somehow convince me to forget my Recharge benefits.
I am really shocked with this kind of service as 80% of my offer validity went in their problem solving and complaining process. Now that I have completed the offer time they are saying that I cannot use the benefits as the offer validity is over.
I am speaking about this issue to my friends and they too have similar issues with Airtel service, we all will post this and other problems in all possible social networks and make sure others don’t get cheated.

AIRTEL WAP SERVICE (TEXT BASED SERVICE)
They are charging Rs. 20/- after two days unneccessary and not providing any facility after doing many complaints to airtel 121 service but not taking necessary action. I really fed up with airtel and their services & unauthorised charges. You are requested to do the needful as early as possible.

Outgoings barred
I have raised some requests earlier also that:
1. I got a message that “Thanks for downloading game worth Rs 99”. I never downloaded a game and I never got any reference number s for that. Then I told that as I also use the internet for Rs 140/week. Please increase my credit limit. But it was never done.
2. Then my outgoings have been barred. Without getting my bill I have been told to pay Rs 1200 so that my outgoings can be restored. Now as I am trying to pay the bill through online website “Aitel.in” BUT the service is not available and following are the snapshots for the proof.
3. Now I am told by your customer care executives that I need to go personally to the nearest branch and make the payment in cash. As I am employed with a very highly reputed company and I have some critical project going on and then also I need to go outside to make the payment.

NO Network

m a airtel pre-paid user and using ma +919829763068 from last 4-5 years nd from last 8 months i am her in almaty khazakshtan. from last 8 months i was getting network so someone can send me sms but from last 1 week i am not gettin network on ma sim. so whats d problem can u help me why this thing happened...????????????????????????????????
