unauthorised vharges towards JAVA game
My prepaid connection is 9831865497. This day, 14 08.2009 in the morning we have rechraged for Rs 100/ and got Rs 88/ balance accumulated in the previous balance of Rs 10/. We have used GPRS Mobile Office chargeable at Rs 35/ only. and continued for internet option almost through out the day.
When we have checked our balance in the evening at about 21.35, we fiund that the balance was only about Rs 11/
When e have contacted the custiomer care immediately, about the balance unauthorised charges, we have been told that Rs 50/ have been charged towards downloading of Java Game at 19.40. When we told that no games was downloaded by us, and to credit the charges, we have been told that np refund will be granted. And instead the coustomer care executive has disconnected the line that agains Rs 50/ will be charged by sending the itemised bill to us .We told that no such bill is required by us, he repeated the same thing and disconnected the line.
Again we have contacted custiomer care, one Mr Jaydeb Acharya (as was told to us) was on line.We have requeted to intimate us the name of thecustomer care executive, he refused to reveal the name and requeted me to talk to senior executives and we have waited for about 20 minuted but no call has been transferred to customer care executive and ultimately the line was disconnected
When we have again tried custmore care, no postiobve response was shown and instead the call was disconnected.
The above is for your information and necessary action. Earlier also so much unsuthorised charges has been deducted from our different prepaid connections.

Bill Payment
i have been using Airtel postpaid a/c for almost 3 years, i have good track record also in the bill payment and got the 6000 INR Credit limit also, but 2009 january i got so much problems with Airtel connectivity, so at that time i understood other providers like Vodafone people are providing excellent coverage and billing vise less also.
i took Vodafone in february and intimated Airtel (customer care)to disconnect the services from february 16th onwards, after so much convincing they told by that month end they 'll disconnect so up to february i paid the bill except 300 inr which was the amount i paid as deposit, but those people sent minimum payment bills up to july month.
i didn't resposnd for them, then in August i got notice kind of thing to pay the 4 months bill.
so how can i take an action against them.
it's not a burden for me to pay, but i want fight against the false (Airtel) jaisa faltoos services. As Software professional how can i take up this action with daily burdens in office or legal proceedings.
Finally what i mean to say is "please don't go for Airtel Postpaid connection" i don't know about prepaid, and also Customer care also, those people won't have the minimum common sense.

i was using airtel number 9960300509, and i had closed the number 6 to 7 months before after paying all the dues. also i had no reciepts regarding the last payment done by me. now airtel official are telling me that i have to pay 4000 for clearing the dues. but i want to know why should i pay if i had already paid the due amount 6 month back.also when i closed the number at that time your server was down and i had recieved hand written payment slip from your official.please tell me what should i do.please revert me back ASAP.

airtel a fucking service (wheather is executive fault or airtel lassiness)
i recently called airtel executive for new airtel broadband connection, they says within 1 day we will install to home, but they take much time to connect, we are still waiting for the connection, whenever we tried to contact the customer care or executive, but the result always nill, we could take any action but coz we deposite 1000 for airtel executive, some times he switch off his mobile or not responding,

fake committment and poor service
Hi,
Unfortunatly i am one of your victim who opted for your broadband
internet connection whose speed is 10 kbps only whereas it was
promised 3.6 MBPS.
i bought this connection on 02/08/09 from your SHAHDARA ( DELHI )
outlet whose sim no is 9810826805, IMEI No is 3597550206745, USB-300G,
I have not had words with your customer care executive but also
visited at your outlet several times from where i purchased this
BLOODY FUCKING CONNECTION reagarding this problem but nothing has been
done from your side yet,
i am quite pissed off with your fake promises and services, if you
cant give proper services to your customers then why the hell you
introduced this kind of plan.
i did not expect this kind of service FROM Airtel as none of my kith
and kin is dissatisfied with your service in telecummunication field.
therefore i request you to solve my problem as soon as problem ELSE

Senseless verification process
Recently my AirTel service got suspended due to lack of documentation. So I went to Relationship Center in Malad(W) and was told to refill the whole Enrollment form and submit my passport copy again. Which I obliged. Apparently that documentation got rejected due to lack of Indian VISA on the passport.
I went back and forth and try to educate people in RElationship center and also in callcenter explaining that I am a citizen of India, who is staying in US, so I won't have and need an Indian VIsa to come to India. But all this fell into deaf ear and they insist I get an INdian VIsa to restart my service and refuse to escalate this matter also. I am stuck and annoyed.
