This is to inform Airtel that I am receiving threatning calls on daily basis regarding the Payment.
The Collection department is using abusive languages on call. Airtel this is a high time, please take some actions regarding this or else I'm going to do some things on this regards. The payment is due at my end and the reason being my services are not in a working state since from May'09. I've made "n" number of calls to the Customer care which was of no use. One of your floor supervisor has also said that "We will not activate your services, do whatever you can". Now being a Customer no would like to go with this service when they listen such things from that person who is representing the Airtel. I had a big trust on Airtel, that is the reason why I chose Airtel Broadband and also holding three Airtel Post Paid connections. But now I had enough of this, and lookinf forward to cancel all of my services from Airtel. Kindly process a request for the cancellation of my Landline connection(+9111204114813).
I will be waiting to have my reference number for the cancellation request.
