Unsubscription of text based WAP service
I have a Cricket Sub Pack currently activated on my mobile no +919906959671. Time and again I called the Airtel customer service on 121 to deactivate this service but to no avail. Every month I am charged Rs. 30 for the service. The messages that I have been charged Rs. 30 come from the no. 64611030. Now I want the service be deactivated from my mobile no. i.e +919906959671.

Amount deduction
I(Bhavishya chawla) resident of kaithal, haryana. I submit my complaint about deduction of my balance without downloading from airtel live. I have been charged rs.50. Please refund my previous balance.and please check my details of complaint on 9th of july, 2009.

Wrong information provided for recharge by 1000 to get 1100
I have asked to customer care executive on 25/07/09 about the offer in which we were getting 1100 against the recharge of 1000 and got the confirmation that yes that offer will last upto 31/07/09 and hence I got my no.-09940116831 recharged by 1000 but instead of 1100 talk time I got the talk time of 904. When Again I contacted to the customer care vide request reference No.-0727074065 they replied that sorry by mistake he has given the wrong information. We have logged your complaint and we will contact you before 6PM on27 july. Again I made a call to the Customer care on 27 july around 4 PM they told me that still there is 2 hrs remaining, so by that time will call you and update you surely but I didn't got any call from customer care. Hence to day 28/07/09 around 11:11AM i made a call to customer care for the same then after a very long time they replied that I accepts our fault and sorry for inconvience caused. We will return you 100 rs talk value to your no. within 7 working days as wrong information was given to you.
Sir, I wanted to know that why any customer will suffer for your fault. Customer care system is to assist the customer not to provide such a wrong information to the customer. And if they are telling that 1100 against 1000 recharge then why I will get only 100 why not 196 to compensate my loss and also wants to know that what are the corrective actions taken by your Airtel to overcome the situation and what are the preventive maesures to avoid the such a miscommunication among your customer and customer care.
This is my kind request to your good office that kindly return me back either 196 as confirmed by your executive or will rethink about the usage of AIRTEL SERVICES.
Will you please to tell me that why we will use AIRTEL SERVICE? any thing GOOD in your service. Nither your executives are responding properly. They are thinking that consumers are dependent on them.
Sir, once again this is my kind request to you to arrange to return back my 196 to continue usage of your service.

Speed very slow
Dear sir,

I beg to inform that i am purchase a usb modem(mmx 610u) he is launched by Airtel. when i purchase then the Airtel Officer say's that is better for you because its speed is 230 kbps. then i purchase it in Rs:2999.00 because i need more speed for working online jobs. after purchasing i recharge it and connect with my computer then i seen that my speed is very slow. when i check online speed then i found that my connection speed is only 36 kbps. i again check speed many times but same speed then i call customer care 121 and share the problem, and also say that you give maximum speed but not any response yet now.

So i will request to you please solve my problem and give me maximum speed.

Unaccountable charges
Please deactivate the text based service from my airtel number 9958490119, I did'nt used this service still have been charged 20 rs, kindly deactivate this service.

Complaint not heard
Two complaints:

I) my prepaid connection - i went to get my prepaid connection on 14th July and it finally got activated on 21st July. To add to this problem, i got a system message stating that i have to submit my prepaid enrollment form to The nearest airtel outlet to enjoy continued services. and then, on 25th July, my phone stopped working.
the thing is, the prepaid enrollment forms are always with the office itself .. my prepaid connection took so long for it to get activated..

II) my broadband connection - it keeps on fluctuating. it does not work most of the time and recently when i tried to call the customer care (121), no one picks up the call.

This is heights. It's high time that they listen to the complaints. every time that i have gone to them with a complaint, they always come up with the same excuse - our systems are running slow, our computers are migrating.

Please, either recommend another option because it's not a luxury but a die hard necessity. Internet is necessary, and a phone connection is necessary.
Airtel is only a big name now ... it no longer offers the good services once recognized for.

Block/Non funcionalof SIM
On 16-07-2009, I enetered my complain to customer care executive that my SIM is malfunctioning by a message given frequently 'updating SIM'. In respond Company made my SIM Nonfunctioal/block on 18-07-2009 with out giving any pre/post information at my another no. +919452117906 [which they have asked me previously] or my e mail adress/Postal address.
Please start my SIM by giving information to another no immeiately.

unauthorise deduction
The Service Provider Airtel Deducted many time my balance unauthorized. They even not feedback the position & Cause of such deduction.
