Sim showing offiline in my mobile
from last 3 weeks my airtel sim is showing offline in my mobile but other airtel sim or other company sim are working fine on my mobile.

I have also tested my sir on other mobiles even model is same the my sim is working fine on these mobiles.

Please reply what may be the problem.

ILLEGAL DEDATION
i am airtel costomer since 5 years.i have 5 airtel prepaid connections.from begining i am not intrested on caller tune.last night(16/07/09) airtel charged 30/- beeing the callertune renuwal and activated durty airtel tune.but i have no caller tune till last night(16/07/09).then after i called to airtel customer care service with my dealer mobile(9866767739)approx 9:30 pm.one person recevied my call and said wrongly charged for your mobile, we will rectify this problem.again he said you have caller tune and he disconncect my call.again i called to airtel costomer care YOUNIS from airtel costomer care received my call.he also said you have caller tune (complent no:71645973800).how can you activate caller tune and how can you charged 30/- without my permission.i am serious about this 30/- not the matter AIRTEL did illegal activation and deduction of money from balance.if you not rectify this problem i will take leagle action in the cause of cheating, and i will cancel my 5 numbers(9949416778, 9949416779, 9949416722, 9949416733, 9963266497)
also.so rectify the problemwith in 2 days, this is not request.

anonymous telephone call
I am receiving anonymous telephone call from unknown person (he is having airtel mobile sim). I received anonymous call 3-4 times during my office hours which is disturbing me very much. I scolded him not phone me. I several times tried to contact him over phone to get details of him but answer is coming "the customer you are trying to call is currently switched off". But he is disturbing me many times. My warning not to phone, he is not caring! I want to give police complaint but not. However I want to identify him and get details (contact address etc.). Please help me.

airtel cheating with me
I am using airtel prepaid from last 3 years. i decided to change it from prepaid to postpaid.
I go to airtel shop in my city rewari.I submit my rationcard and pancard copies.
The verification has came and every thing is all right .After 20 days they will bolck my outgoing by sending a
sms that your verification is wrong.Than i went to same airtel shop from where i purchase sim and they will say me
that they are not responsible for that and they are not able to help me also they misbehave with me.
My outgoing is blocked from last 2 days.
My mobile no is 09896977255.
Now tell me what can i do .

Issue of MMS
I am forced to send this complaint to you as the circumstances are pushing me to do so, to be honest to you i am very upset about a few things which has happened to me recently, in terms of customer service airtel is serving False commitment, unfriendly customer associates, useless service.
This is in regard to the MMS issue i am facing with mobile No 9910945480 i have requested to start MMS Service on my phone on 5th July.09 bt till now the service has not been activated till today i.e 15th July.09
I hv called thousands of time to customer care they kept on giving dates but till now it is not
sorted out my problem is i cannot send mms it says failed / No Account and if someone sends an mms it gives a weblink and says please visit airtel.in / Data Account not exixts / Check settings it says page not found i dont understand what the problem is and how to get it resolved the customer care people will donothing more than taking a complaint & discoonecting the calls.
On 13th July.09 I recieved a call from sr. Customer Care exec. of airtel promising me tht the same servie would start till the evening but all in vain. I dnt thnk that to activate this service this much time is needed.
If the person thinks to call them one could'nt talk with Customer Care ;peole over there r just harrasing the customers bcoz oof which only The Airtel is losing thier customers.
I request you to kindly do the needful .

Rude behaviour by representative
I received a call from a lady who claimed to represent from Airtel (phone no: 9321597580). She was looking for my friend Mr. M Adityan for some reason. I told her that I was not in contact with Mr. Adityan and that I could not help her in that regard. She then again asked the same question in a very rude manner. I again told her that I won't be able to tell her about Mr. Adityan. Then she asked me when she could call me again. I was puzzled at this and asked her why she wanted to call me again; then in the same rude manner, and raising her voice, she said, "Adityan se baat karne ke liye!" I told her that I have no clue about him and can't help her. Right in the middle of this, she cut the phone and hung up.

I don't understand this sort of behaviour from the recovery agencies. Especially when they are calling up people who are in no way connected to their company. This is harassment at its worst and I don't think I deserve to be spoken to like this. Strict action must be taken against people like this who not only waste people's time but also leave a very bad taste in the mouth and proceed to ruin a perfectly good day by their boorish and uneducated behaviour. If the service provider needs to interface with the public, the least they can do is put someone on who has some basic values of decency and politeness.
