deactivate my account
i am the holder of connection from airtel mobile number 9944421644 and i being being charged rs.10/- per day for the services which i never got activated. i daily receive a message from the company like this "thanks for using (subscription, textbased services)subscription service on Airtel WAP. you'hve been charged Rs.10/-.Enter Fun Zone http.//igmobi.com.
I have five time lodged a complaint on the airtel service number 121 and they assured me that this will be got deactivated within24 hours . but nothing has been done so far. there are number of customer like this being exploited daily. please help us into the matter, thanks

i had purchased airtel sim from univercell ooty my cell no is 9629652559 after producing all the doucuments they asked on 31/12/209, and till today they are not activated my sim. Pl arrange to activate soon.

non activation of sim
we have purchased airtel sim on 23 december 2008 and submitted all necessary required documents on the very next day but the survice provider are creating problems delaying activation of sim card at the time of need.Also they are not giving phone number of head of airtel of our area please take action and activate our sim as soon as possible.

unauthorized bill charges
I m using airtel postpaid connection from four yrs.my mobile no. is 9810587272.i m very disappointed with the kind of services airtel are providing in these days. I have several calls in airtel customer care but every time i m getting no solution.
I have received many services messages from airtel.If i have charged only for open those messages, for that i m not responsible.
i have received three messages from 54999 & 64611199 on 24/11/2008, which said i was using airtel license manager service and i have been charged for it. after that i have done immediate call in airtel customer care about this & received reference no.(809469618), that girl assured me that, these services will stop & if they charge me for this in sms others & etc., that will be waved off.
After a week my bill generated & i found i have been charged for rs.631 in sms others and according to my bill taxes was 108rs.which are totally unfair.
1.)firstly i have called up in airtel customer care on 1/12/2008 at 8:59pm about my bill & received (19541297) complaint no..
2.)Again i have talk with Manu on 05/12/2008 at 4:30pm he told me i should call in technical department at 12118, i have done it & talk with Mandeep(gprs tec. dept.), he told me GPRS not activated on my connection & i should call in 121 cus.care after that i have talk with Rajni in airtel cus.care & received (816986627)ref. no.& assured me they will resolve within 48 hours, but they again have done nothing.
3.)On 9th/12/2008 at 6:57pm again i have talk with Anu, she told me she is overdoing reminder complaint & gave me ref. no.(813382935)
4.)On 12th/12/2008 again i have talk with Lakhwinder Singh at 7:19pm & received complaint no.(19735626) he told i put the complaint against your charges
on 15/12/2008 i have last call in airtel cus.care and talk with Ritu, she told me waver not possible because over department said i have download three time license manager services .again i want to tell you i have not download any kind of service, even i don’t know what the mean of this and how to use this service.
16/12/2008 is my due date. In these 32 days i m contently trying to prevent the relation with Airtel.but airtel false assurances i m very disappointed now.
I want to continue this relation and still waiting for your positive revert back.

Wrong deduction from A/c balance
on day of 21-12-08 Airtel deducted a sum of Rs. 5/-. same day i have received a msg that "portfolio manager service on airtel live. you have been subscribed for the next 7 days and charged Rs. 5"
But i do not use any service on airtel live. So in my significant, , it is the very bad way to deduct rupes. I have already complain same day(21-12-08) morning. my complain no is..965200, complain recd. by omiya pradhan(w.b- bengal customer service center).
Today again i talk with sindhri ghosal( bengal customer service center) & she do not any reason on this deduction, whenever I donot use this service. Last she says that, it is not refundable.
Here my question is, this formalite of a/c balance deduction RIGHT OR WRONG. If I doing use this service, then ok... but here i donot use this portfolio manager.. & deduct from my a/c.
SO IN MY SIGHT AIRTEL IS VERY VERY BAD SERVICE PROVIDER.

I'm from ny and I knw that airtel customer care is suck..they knw nothing they can only suck people...and I can say theyr also motherfucker..there is no GPRS speed ..connectivity prb and etc .actually d prb is airtelowners is a dumb and dumber..asswhole..they also told me d speed is 125kbps but I got only 3.4kbps.so fuck off.

AIRTEL NETWORK IS BULLSHIT
I have been using AIRTEL connection for past 1 year, while in the call, it keep getting disconnected frequently (2 times per minute) most of the time its is disconnected @ 1.1 to 1.10 seconds. I'm fedup with AIRTEL connection.
I would not recommend anybody AIRTEL connection, bullshit connection. they are cheating people.
Want to know how can I file the case againist them.
Before that I was using BSNL connection, it was really good.
