arrogaent customer care executive
On 5th june, 2011 at 12:13 noon i`ve got msg from airtel, that airtel has deducted Rs 10/- for downloading Hungama Content Game, though i`ve not selected any of such stupid thing..so to resolve my problem i made a call to customer care..There was Mr.rajjak who did spoke with me properly.he didn`t even answered my question.thn i requested that i want to spoke with his senior and then Mr.Rajjak hang up the call, without transferring it to his senior..then i called again this time there was Miss Bhumika..she solved my 1 problem sayin i`l get the refund of wrong debitmade by airtel.then i asked her that i want to make a complaint against one of customer care executive but she did the same thing, even she didn`t allowed me to talk to their senior..i haven`t got any complaint id for my complaint.

Hey my name is Shubham gupta user of prepaid Airtel since 23.05.2011. From today I have not allowed to call anyone or msg anyone. Only net services are activated on the mobile.. and even complain no. 198 is not working..

unecessary bill amount
My mobile no. is getting daily SMS from airtelworld.com/wap that you r been renewed for ultimate criket world cup subscriptiongclub.in. and you are charged Rs.10 daily. I have complained many times to customer executive but everytime new person talk to me but nothing is done till date. I want the extra charges to be reverted. as i try to connect from my mobile to the site to cancel it from my cell, they say u have no GPRS activation. If i am not having activated for GPRS how come they are charging me for downloading the games and daily 10 Rs. for renewal. I want immediate action otherwise i will go to cunsumer court. my no. 9890166167.

Mannerless Customer Care Representatives
I called up 198, the complaint number for airtel, and started speaking in Marathi.
The representative wanted me to speak in Hindi.
I requested him to speak in Marathi as it is the state language of Maharashtra.
He told me to call back and hung up on me.

This is utter disrespect towards the customer. I am thinking of disconnecting airtel and would never recommend anyone to buy a new airtel connection. I have been an airtel customer since 6 years and this is total disgrace.

AIRTEL EASY RECHARGE
I recharged my AIRTEL prepaid for Rs 200/- on 3/6/2011 at Bangalore around 7 PM through easy recharge. My mobile connection is from Delhi. But the recharge is done for only for Rs 1/-
How do I get back my recharge?

over billing
Iam Abdul shukoor, my airtel landline with broadband No.044-45096350. i have got Rs.799/- package but past 6 months i got the bill amount of Rs.1200 and above only. And also i have unsubscirbed for LEARN NEXT PACKAGE OF Rs.99/- but also in billing for past 6 months Rs.99 is charged in my bill amount. I have complained so many times to airtel but no response. so plse take necessary action and cancell the learn next package and any other extra usages. so plse make my bill amount within my limited package of Rs.799/- only. my mail id [email protected]

change of plan to all members in the group exept of mine
V.Nageswar Rao is having airtel sim no.9989930799 under plan CUG 99 under group facility. All the other in the group have been changed to plan CUG 75 except of mine. Several times contacted the coordinator to airtel but of no use. Becuase of the same I am paying higher tariffs along with higher rental charges. Airtel customer service is very poor and not caring the complients in time made by the customers.

Overcharging / Cheating
The service provider, without any instructions starts and activates services like jobs on mobile without any instructions . Then they start deducting the money on a daily basis . You call up the call centre it takes so much time and no one attends to the call that you get fedup and hang up .

They come up with schemes like Rs10 card and 100 msgs . You recharge with that and still you are charged for sms . This is clear cheating . Wish they found better and ethical ways of earning money .

However, thanks to number portability now, will not have to compromise on the number and change the operator .

Mobile not working last 25 days
Hi Airtel,

Now the limit is crossed and you are not doing anything without any legal action.

This is my around 20th mail regarding the same problem & facing problem since last 25 days but you guys are not understand my problem.
Last time I have called with Mr. Rajveer singh (Manager) they need 24 hr for the solution but now its around 4 days gone but no solution.

I have talked up to appellate office of airtel but they also not entertaining me as like nodal office and other manager of airtel. So tell me what should I do?
My mobile (9818071231) is not working since last 13th May 2011 and due to this I face lots mentally harassment and financially harassment too. Now my losses is crossed around 75000/- because this number is our business main number and since last 13th there is no incoming and outgoing facility on this number. I don’t know why airtel barred this.

So finally tomorrow I will go to sue you and file a case against airtel in consumer court.

i have called lots of other representative. i provide you some ref numbers please check these.

poor service
My IP TV by Airtel is unserviceable since 27 May 11. The customer service is very user unfriendly and takes you in circles and when you do get through gives you a number and promptly comes a messege on phone saying it will be done in 5 days. When you check after two days they say we never got a complaint. Give the number, they say that is expired. 47067108 they said by 01 Jun 1553hrs. 46992916 they said by 03 Jun by 0036 hrs.46956476 they said by 03 Jun 11 1330 hrs.46874326 by 1443 hrs 01 Jun 11. and many more for the same complaint. Some customer care executives suggest we must pay some reconnect charges when I did not ask for a disconnection in the first place. Some say they will refund it later. Some say they have technical problem. Some say they lost our Id. Bill comes dot on time and is paid as well. Some say how are you with this facility on this number! Can anyone tell me what I can do to get the service back. Can anyone say what are the policies of this company on complaints? Their site has no provision for complaint. Link which works well is the payment one, others are all so so...Can someone reach this to the company? We could not even see the IPL final because of this.
