how to deactive MCA?
how can i deactive MCA?

I want my money back.
You would think that you could get your money back if you were overcharged. No you can't, there is no way. They made an error on their side that charged me $200.00 more that I should have. Then they say their is no way to get it back. They said they put in the correct information. That it was my banks fault. And they confirm they received the overcharge. My neighbor, York Galland, also from Austin, TX said never use them. I should have listened.

no privacy ......
airtel sells your phone records to unscruplous folks. I was escaping an abbusive husband, and he managed to trace me by getting my phone records from airtel. It is really a company which can't ensure privacy of your prsonal information, andf phone records. Rest everything is fine with their service.

Scheme not deactivated
Sir/Madam,

This is regarding complaint ref no: 1003077931.
My mobile no is 9892959715. I am using you service for last 4 years. I was so happy that till now there was no need of any personel visit to any of the Airtel Gallery. But i found a black mark in your services.
4 -5 months back i have activated 'Airtel Classifeid' in my mobile. After that i get SMS from 54321 for job vacancies.
Last month i decided to deactivate this scheme. so when i first called your customer support team, They said that no such scheme is been activated in my cell and he will check and if there he will deactivate it. On the next day i got ane more job vacancy SMS from 54321, Again i called to your customer care executive, one person told that he will deactivate it.
But it is not deactivated till now. Today again 25.00 Rs is been deducted from recharge account. Today again, i have called your customer executive. A person named 'Yuraj' attended, i have requeseted him to deactivate this scheme and loged a complaint. so he reverted with above reference nos.
Dear All, please see to that my scheme is deactivated ASAP.
If this not done i would have to escalate to AIRTEL supiror team.
See to that there is no need for this

Unknown Calls
Hi there,
My wife is getting unknown calls and nasty smss from the below mentioned numbers consistently. I am abroad and I am sure you understand my situation. It will great help for me if you please let me know the Name & Address Details of the following airtel cell numbers.That has created hell of emotional problems in my wife's life. HI,

I am Airtel user 9959725556, who was facing the network problem since 8 months, i mean from day i took the connection. I was complaining but I cant understand y Airtel is not responding.Dose it mean they rn0t able or they dont want solve issues and just charge money from public.
I reached ur office in Krishna nagar in Hyderabad and filled a complaint SR.No.17137991 on 17th June and they said to come in 7 days when i reached after 7 days they showed me a message from technical team stating they need 90 days to resolve.

When i went after 90 days 18th september the Lady Manager from Airtel says who said to come after 17th september she simply said we cant provide the signal if u want to use, "use it" or go for another 'tata/voda/idea' but not to disturb her.

I was total shoked for the response i got n felt very bad after paying money and roaming around them i got a response in such a drastic way.

I pitty for Airtel keeping such Managers and technical people who are supose to resolve are ristring the customers from Airtel itself.ahhhh great MNC with such a low class Response.


Even now i called airtel 198 that guy simply says our engineer will call u shortly. I said u asked 90 days and 100 days were done but i never recived a call from AIRTEL.

Just I am paying my bills for the Mistake i done of taking a AIRTEL connection.

Breach of trust
BEWARE, if you delay in making payments for your Landline connection, the collection agents of the company may pick up details of your landline number e.g they might pick up details of the number which has max outgoing/incoming calls on your landline and inquire about you as if they are the policemen's.

If that is not enough, don' dare to complain against these guys as nothing will happen. Noone will take care of your request/pleas... For me, its a breach of confidentiality as they can't divulge the details to any third person...

Wake up guys in customer care, thats your duty to stop such things and you are paid to provide satisfaction to your customers and not these goons...

Apathy of customer care in reference to lost Sim Card
I had lost AIRTEL sim card on 16th of Sep 2008, late night. I spoke to the consumer center to block my card so that it is not used for any illegal activities. But they asked me to visit an Airtel relationship center and didn't provide me their head quarter's number. They said they don't have it. I insisted, but they still didn't! How is it possible that the customer care doesn't have this number! I updated them regarding the current terrorist situation in Mumbai, and requested them to block the card for a few hours so that I could find nearest relationship center and go forward with it. They even didn't oblige on this. Instead, the customer call center representative, one ARSHAD, was very rude and plain. Considering their apathy towards their customers I am hoping that I am able to find a relationship center (and they don't take time to block it) before the card is used for some illegal activities. Nor do they have a separate web page to register our complains.

Didn't block the no more than 5 days on lost of the cell phone
My cell phone has lost recently and I asked customer care to block my number. This is very much frustrating that instead of continuously following up and making at least 10 calls per day to customer care, they haven't blocked it since last 4 days. I am very much worried about any misuse of this but the airtel guys are really irresponsible, very time they asked that server is down. I don't know if continuously till 3-5 days server is down than what service is Airtel is providing to its customer. This time I am really done a mistake to choose airtel.
