I am tried to dial 121 to talk with airtel customer care but there is no response, and in 12140 also. i am trying this from last some hours because i want to use internet in my PC, my Mobile office is also activated and my mobile is sony ericssion K608i, my handset is supporting internet facility. i also gone to airtel office at my city but there also no response, So i am requesting you to help me.

I have faced problem for making calls to this no. 03216248192 for some days. I have submitted complain to the AIR TEL customer care verbally but no solution has been done yet. I have made phone calls to this no from another service (BSNL) and its ok. Please do something. my phone no is 9760314884. For further information i have faced the problem particular to this no.

Airtel charges for sending sms to other airtel numbers is 10ps.But from last 15 days they are deducting 25ps for me. Also i recharged amount 0f 200 Rs for my card n they gave me talk time of 90Rs... I am completely pissed of... Please never take airtel connection... every time u call their customer care they will tell u that within 24 hrs this problem will be resolved but i guess fir them 24 hours is 24 yrs.

I have requested for Prepaid to post Paid, mine is a 6 years old pre paid connection with airtel and I decided to get it post paid, but it was a very bad experience, I was asked to submit the documents and after submitting my documents there was a verification after which my number was to be activated, they activated my number and when i was away from city, my number was blocked when I contacted customer care they told there was some verification issue and contact the gallery from where I had made the request, I was away from city hence was not able to reach them, it was the worst period in a new city my mobile connection is stopped and I have no way to contact people, or there was no way people could contact me. When I reached the city after 1 week I asked them what was the issue and they said the copy of the document was not clear, I told they should have checked it before activating my number, the person was not ready to hear anything, and told the number would be re activated after submitting the documents, as if I was in need of the connection and it was my mistake that the documents where not checked, I remember I asked them to check the documents when I gave them and they said they were fine.

Airtel has worst network in Pune and also now I feel the customer service is also worst.

Beware of Airtel!!!

FROM LAST WEEK ONWARDS I WAS IN DEEP TROUBLE BY YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE IRRITATING ME BY CALLING WITH THIS NUMBER 919800001479, AT LEAST 15 TO 20 CALLS PER DAY I AM RECEIVING BY THIS NUMBER . I AM TRIED TO CONTACT IN THIS NUMBER BUT IT SHOWS INVALID NUMBER.
iTS MY REQUEST TO U PLEASE DONT IRRITATE ME, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE A HUGE PROBLEM FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER.
