I need to close my connection
I need to close my airtel connection... i brought the sim card in other state... now i am in B'lore... and now i am getting unnecessary monthly bill... so is there any way to close my connection through online... Pls help smb...

Services charged which were not asked
I would like to bring in your notice of illegally debiting money a sum of Rs. 30/- from my prepaid number by sending message for the services that I haven’t used from the phone. I received two messages from num 5432131030 from airtel your subscription to the on demand service has been renewed (30 Rs, 30 days, 30 Mins free), one on 26.7.2008 and another on 24.8.2008. This has resulted me in the loss of 60/-. Airtel for money, i thing they start cheating the innocent customer.

Harassment
I have been harassed by Airtel hired advocate to pay for some bill which was already in question with its department and i was been always told that they will get back to me. Instead they made him call me on my number in Australia and he threatened me for nothing.
What is my fault? My loyalty and trust in this brand for more than 9 years??? I trusted this brand to solve my problem as i was being billed for something when i was not even using that number as i was here in Australia...
Nobody got back to me... but their advocate.

wrong bill is delievered
I have a Airtel landline the number is 0161-4643365
i got a bill of some other number which is 0161-4636747
the address is correct, since a week iv been calling Airtel
customer care 121 and not getting the line what kind of
horrible service do they have in customer care it is
really unbelievable

False promise
I am an airtel customer since couple of years and this is not the first issue i am facinG related false promises related to billing. I was being approached to go for an add on number since past few months, and finally i agreed to go for one, (199 rate plan) and the representative promised(600 MINUTES FREE TO ANY MOBILE PER MONTH, 200 SMS FREE PER MONTH, NO HIDDEN COST OTHER THAN Rs-199, BUT I WAS DUPED AND I KNEW IT ONLY WHEN I HAD TO PAY THE FIRST MONTHS BILL. I WAS CHARGED Rs-249 minimum+free talk time is only for airtel Numbers+no free sms, and the free talktime is 450 mints but not 600 and it sounded so funny because my bill for primary Number never crossed Rs-280 right from the first bill but my add on no"s bill was above Rs400- but still i paid my first bill and complained about this to customer care center and requested to change my rateplan to Rs249 minimum where i will pay only after crossing 450 minutes and for landline and special nos and special sms.but shockingly again the next bill for primary Number was crossing Rs400 which is completely bull shit because the number is used by my wife who often used the cell only to receive my call. So let me make it clear to anybody who is the head for billing department. that I am not going to pay even single rupee for any of my Numbers and ready to defend any friction related to this and ready to fight back verbally or physically AND I MEAN IT TO ANY RECOVERY ASSOCIATES ALSO.

Prepaid outgoing barred
I am very disappointed by the service offered by Airtel and the worst is that no body is there to listen, all gives you the false statements. I have converted from postpaid to prepaid on 09/08/2008 by submitting all valid documents to Kiran Marketting, Borivali (W), Mumbai India. Which is authorized Airtel Gallery in our area. This gallery always remains full of people, They create their own rules for managing people, Created their own time slot for every service handling.
Card took 3 days to activate after my continued follow up.
On 21/08/2008, my outgoing is barred by giving message submit your document!!! I am surprised to know that my document given earlier has not reached to airtel. On calling helpline for 20 times, They suggested me to go to dealer and re-submit the document. WHY RE-SUBMIT?? What happened to my earlier submission? Why they make customer move around to activate their numbers? Now, I have full balance of Rs.650/- on my account with my outgoing barred. My home is at stone throw away from airtel gallery, We have airtel tower on top of our building. Why they take so long to verify myself?
I am repenting to be an airtel customer.

Cheating in disguise of contests
Airtel which I read other day has become 4th largest mobile company in the world is the Ist biggest cheater company in the telecommunications also. They cheat, they loot poor subscribers by making them play contests which they offer (Rs.6 per minute). Thousands of subscribers contribute their money, time and energy but at the end they make their own people win. This way they have cheated me also. Connection problem
I am vikas form chandigarh and my airtel mobile number is 9815530633 i have many problem in airtel connection. They have many problems occur in my connection from 21th august 2008 at 2.00pm. I have no receive any call and also problem in outgoing and no txt msg has been send from my airtel number plz get this find solution soon. Ok bye.

Cheating the prepaid customers
I have been using the airtel prepaid connection for the last 3 years and i do a weekly recharge for at least
Rs. 500. for the last 2 weeks almost every service pack has been activated and i had a amount of 1126 rs, which went down to Rs 130. Every time i call up the customer care i've not been given a proper response. I'm so fed up that I'm ready to give a police complaint! Kindly help me to get my money from these fraudsters!
