Terrible service
I am using internet of airtel... on my pc... but it is not working since one month... they r deducting my rent as usuals... but not responding to my complaint at all. I have complained round about ten times but they r not giving any positive results... i am really fed up now... plz help me out...

Inefficient & incapable sales team
I’m new to b’lore and last week on Tuesday or Wednesday and I planned to take one airtel postpaid connection and for that I called up their customer care and left my number with them next day I got a call from a lady Lakshmi-9902097319, she sent one executive and I gave all the documents she requested along with Rs. 500 cash. Now I’m still waiting for the number to be activated and now whenever I call her she never picks up my call.
What should I do? I'm simply pissed off.

DEDUCTION OF INCORRECTECT CHARGES
I BELONG TO LUCKNOW.
ON TRANSFER WHEN I MOVED TO MORADABAD AND USED TO DIAL ANY NUMBER /MSG/MISS CAL FROM MY MOBILE, IT WAS DEDUCTING RS 2/-PER SMS/MISS CAL/CONFIRMED CALL.
PROBLEM WAS RECTIFIED BY THEM ON LODGING COMPLAINT BUT IT PERSISTED AGAIN AND AGAIN. I HAVE LODGED MY COMPLAINT 5 TIMES AND EVERY TIME I FIND DIFFERENT ANSWERS FROM DIFFERENT EXECUTIVES, REFERENCE NO OF THE COMPLAINT ARE MENTIONED BELOW:
1. 3080121661500 AT 01.08.2008 AT 3:40 P. M.
2. 0218685100 DT 02.08.2008 AT 1:45 P.M.
3. 080224091400 DT 02.08.2008.

I FEEL SORRY FOR SO CALLED NO 1 PRIVATE TELECOM SERVICE PROVIDER
AND ITS SO CALLED TRAINED STAFF WHO EVERY TIME GIVES DIFFERENT REPLIES FOR SAME QUERIES RAISED EVERY TIME.
KINDLY HELP ME OUT TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM COMPLAINT REFERENCE NOS OF WHICH ARE MENTIONED ABOVE.
NEED NOT TO MENTION, I HAVE LOST IN TERMS OF MONEY IN LAST 20 DAYS DUE TO THIS PROBLEM.

About my account recovery
I am the user of airtel service about 5years. But in between 3 month when i recharged my mobile account, automatically 50 rupees has been deducted. I have complaint about this matter but customer always replies" we will treat your complain within 48 hours, " but there is no response... recently i have sent complaint message to 121 in 2nd aug. 2008 but no response...

Problem not resolved
There is no network in whole lane in lajpat Nagar 1. As per the customer care the problem will be solved soon. But there is no result as such. I am facing this problem very badly.

Terrible experience
I am using airtel postapid connection since last 4 years n this 4 years i m very regular in my bill payment. At an avreage i pay Rs.1500/- per month as my bill. this month i was not able to pay Rs.200/- out of the total bill amount. I thought i will pay this bill in my next month's bill as i know till Rs.100/- the amount can be carry forwarded in the next month's bill. and to my surprise this people have deactivated my outgoing call facility. When i made complaint for the same in customer care, they have given me nonsense type of answers. I promised them that i will pay the full amount by the next day, but they insisted only on bill payment.
Even i do understand that it may the company's policy but they should also see that the customer is very genuine.Rs.200/- is a very minor amt.why cant this people don't see customer's loyalty, the bill history, the regularity in bill payment. I felt so much hurt, this is the reward airtel company gave me for my loyalty? Is this this the reward i got in return of using airtel connection for such a long period of 4 years?
If we have any problem this people takes months to solve it n when we make complaint they give us nonsense answers but if we get delayed in bill payment due to some genuine reasons, every day they will call us for bill payment.
This all companies don't deserve customer's loyalty. I advise everybody not to use airtel connection.

Terrible service
I have prepaid mobile connection of airtel. The problem is that some one trace my call details and create problem for me.
