company asking downloading charges when nothing was downloaded
some one month back when i was on roaming in bhopal suddenly i started receiving a number of SMS stating that so many rupees have been charged for downloading xyz game. these SMS kept on coming for around two days whereas practically i did not downloaded any thing.in just two days this amount piled upto a toatl of Rs 908/-. when complained regarding this to airtel, the company after a gap on one month told me that the charges are valid and to be paid immediately. appraoched the nodal officer and appenate officer of north east region but they also after a single call from my side and assurance from their side that after seeing into the matter they will revert back. but both officials did not come back till date. now i want to file a complaint against airtel in consumer court, please guide

Indoor coverage
I have been experiencing a lot of signal problems in my flat. The indoor coverage is very poor. The other networks like reliance, vodafone work fine. Have been complaining for the last six months .The address is flat F-103, Renaissance Exotica, Yehalanka Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk Bangalore, Karnataka, India.My number is 9845408776.

IGNORING CUSTOMER
I WILL SIMPLY SAY AIRTEL IS IGNORING CUSTOMERS THESE DAYS.
SIMPLE 2 REASONS THAT I FOUND
1] EVEN BEING A GOLD MEMBER I AM AWAITING MY ACTION AGAINST COMPLAINT FROM LAST 6 MONTHS
2] THE WEBSITE IS SO FRURSTATING THAT EVERY TIME WE WASTE 1-2 HRS FOR JUST LOGIN. N STILL SUFFER TO SUCCESSFUL LOGIN [THE FEEDBACK FORM ITSELF DONT TAKE FEEBACK]

Call from pakistan
Today on 1.6.2011 at my mob. No. 9896608822 at about 8.30pm, i recieved a call from telephone no. +923436832634 who asked me to ring on phon no. 00923157785897 to transfer the call to mr. Ramsingh sahib ji who is incharge of airtel co. At bombay( bandra) and to giv him your bank account no. So that the prize amt. Rs.25lac be deposited in your bank acct. As this prize has been declared to your airtel mobile by the airtel co.
Kindly look into the matter so that airtel co. Could not be meeligned by such like person in future as airtel is a reputed company. I shall be highly thnkful if i m given aresponce to my complaint and so that for reaching consequences can be avoided please.

Fraud
Hello sir
I want to inform you today on 01.06.2011, I received a call from the number:34369223604 from airtel company.He said my name is sajeev kumar. He told me that your mobile number has won the prize of rs.25, 000, 00. and you immediately talk to our manager Mr. Vijay kumar on the number :00923015066647 to calim the prize money and which way you want to recieve the money whether in cheque or in cash.
I didn't call them back.I tried to customare care and airtel website but unable to lodge a complain.
I would like that you please look into the matter immediately to save the customers from any fraud.
amd also do inform to me what action you have been taken against the culprits.

NOT GOOD IN SERVICE
airtel company automatically activate service for my mobile number and after call me the customer care told me no sir you can activate this service but i cannt activate each and every time the airtel company activate service automatically this is not good serice provided company in last 6 months.

Mobile bill much higher than credit limit
Hi all,
I possess airtel postpaid corporate number in my name . The average bill which I received is generally around Rs 180. The credit limit on my number Rs 1200. This month I activated GPRS(Rs 98 2 gb plan) service on my mobile.
Firstly, I asked for Rs 199 unlimited GPRS plan and they activated a 2 gb plan. I kept using it thinking it was an unlimited plan.This was the first mistake on their side.
Secondly, the mobile I received for this month( only 10 days usage) was Rs 11578 . Then they deactivated my outgoing calls and other services. The bill exceeded my credit limit(Rs 1200) by more than 10 times. I neither received any notifications or message from airtel, nor did they stopped my services when credit limit was crossed. I feel so frustated and helpless on this issue. I have spent lot of my energy in calling and emailing customer care and airtel spoc in my company but they didnt respond with any satisfaction. The airtel service provider unofficially told me that my bill cannot exceed my credit limit in any case. I am shocked on seeing my bill amount. Airtel sucks. I preferred airtel earlier because of the quality of service they provided. But now I am not going to use airtel service in my entire lifetime and I advice others to stay away from it. Their services are so poor and carelessness is in abundance. They dont care for customers' grievances. They only believe in fooling aroung the customer and extracting money from them.

Not adjusting my paid amount & asking again
I opted for the IPTV Connection of Airtel
(011-47483693) & the way AIRTEL behaved in very first month is really
disappointing. I paid the amount of 1750/- as Application charges for the Modem
etc vide Cheque no. 102229 dated 17/12/2010 of HDFC Bank. This Cheque is
cleared from my A/c. To my Surprise this Charges are included again in my Very
First Bill. So my bill was of 3000/- Approx. I called Customer Care no. of
times & they confirmed that this cheque is cleared as per their records also
but is not adjusted in my account. As per them, they will get it adjusted in
next couple of days & asked me to pay 1100/- as balance will be adjusted. The
complaint No. I got for the first time is 43365964. I paid Rs. 1100/- on the
same day
I was provided the resolution time for 10 days but after 10 days I got a call
that the charges are adjusted. On the same day I get another call to pay the
the Balance of 1900/-. When enquired for the Adjustment, that person denies. On
calling the customer care again they asked for next 10 days & the complaint no.
given was 43729376. Again waited for 10 days but again no resolution. On
enquiring third time the Complaint No. is 44205942. Today again I am getting
the calls to pay the dues amount which are actually not due.
The way Customer care represents that they are so handicapped for everything
except to give a new complaint no. every time is not expected from such
organization. I am harassed a lot & is really feeing bad to get associated with
Airtel.
