About the network congestion
I Am always suffering with the network congestion.If any one call me, he/she never never talk to me at a time. He/she need to call me once back and most of the time it happen like cross connection, that some one has this number. Its pretty horrible for me. My network always stay down.

Worst netwok in the world
Airtel is one of the stupid network. i have network problem for past 10 months. I use to call the customer care office but they beg us please wait foe 24 hours/ 7 days after that too they will beg. Do you know one thing the airtel technical engineers are illiterate. They don't know to attend the problem. Waste technical engineers. DUBAKUR NETWORK is AIRTEL. CHEATING NETWORK is AIRTEL. I got a offer of free 20 min airtel to air tel but i didn't get the money. I called the cc and asked for my money they said " the amount has been credited and you have used the amount", but i didn't get any money back offer. CHEATERS OF THE INDIA IS AIRTEL.

issue with blackberry connect
I have an handset from nokia e51 which is not compatable to airtel blackberry service according, air tel has collected the the document from me and i will be billed f0 t he same shortly, they made a fool for 9 working days, i called the call center and this was the reply, i finally visited there office which result in no proper direction, there claim that nokia made a fale promise, and they have given me document which is doctored htta blackberry doesnot support this hardware, i meet there vice president who was equally arrogant in resolving the issue, i asked if he could give me the tele no of manjo kholi/ sandeep, for which the reply was why should i waste my management time so as a customer we are not allowed to interact with the people who run the business i have gone through enough hardship and loss.

Hello Tunes
I am billed monthly Rs 30 for Hello Tunes. I have NEVER subscribed to Hello Tunes. I cannot get Airtel to stop charging me Rs30 every month. I am resident in Delhi.

No incoming call facilty
Dear all,
From last month when airtel server was burnt in july in mumbai, my mobile was not having network now network is there i do can call other people, from my mobile i can do sms but i cant get any incoming calls and sms from other mobile or from other landline. also when i am trying to call the preapaid customer service number 9890098900 which is either swicht off or is out of service area from last month sill not in contact.
please help me to activate my incoming service cause my airtel prepaid sim card is life time.

FALSELY DEDUCTING THE AMOUNT
from my prepaid mobile no-9871456989. caller tune has been forcely introduced for the past two years and they are monthly deducting the amount, now again jain devotional pack has been introduced i am not a jain but forcefully sms are sent and money is deducted. wrote to them several times but no one listens .What these airtel poeple are doing its virtually extortion.

Worst customer service staff
I am a corporate user of Airtel services (Both broadband and telecommunications) and have experienced the worst customer service today! The broadband speed was really low and I was to take a special conference with my clients at 4 AM IST. The website option for Speed on Demand didn't work, so I called up the customer care Punjab number to help me out... Instead, I was shouted at badly! Imagine, you have an important client meeting, the broadband is not supporting you, website is dead and this guy VAIBHAV shouts back at me when I quoted my problem... I was to request him to increase the speed using speed on demand or something that would save my conference, instead, he started arguing with me in a high tone and the best of all, BANGED THE PHONE ON MY FACE!
Not just this, I tried calling up customer care almost 10 times after that but my call was not answered or put on hold. probably, they have just one person in that shift! BSNL came to my rescue and I had to schedule a 3 hour phone conference with my client...
All said and done, I am for sure throwing airtel out of my business completely and would not recommend anyone Airtel hereon... They would never help you when needed and their marketing team would sell you everything that is not true!
