very poor in net work connection
last few days Airtel net work connections is very poor in coimbatore sround area . every few sections disconnet in line. but the tower display is full in cellphone. what happen this proplem. but other companies like Aircel, vodafone tower is cleared.

please checked immediately this problem.

Online Payment not reflected
I had paid my Airtel post paid mobile bill on May 3, 2008 through citibank online utility bill payment facility. The amount was deducted from citibank but then it is not reflecting in Airtel.

bill plan not changed
I deepika grover mobile no 9816165655, my ploblem is that on 13th march I called customercare 121 for my billing plan changed. there is Mr. Naresh whom I talked he said on 2nd april 08 your bill plan can changed, but so many times I called on 121 for to changed my plan from corporate to one india plan. they all your employee said the within 48 hours u recieved a call from customer care but no body can take care of all these situation which iam facing.how many times can I call for this request. last month I paid the bill but, in this month I recieved approx Rs 1350 bill. This time I will not pay to u any amount, because its airtel fault not from customer fault . tell me what can i do. either u dont want your customer satisfation . or any other alternatives.your emplyee give me the headoffice no i'e 0177-2623333 which is not picking by any person. so its my request not to maintain any callcenter for customer. if u are not satisy the customer.

Booster pack-149
Activated a new airtel prepaid connection with 1yr validity, two months back with 149 booster.But now the booster pack in not available.Please do the needful at the earliest.

dissconnection and network
dissconnection of calls and cheating by the airtel executive.

this is kamlesh singh from bhandup and my no. is +91 9867799327. i am complaining about two things which are
1> from last 20 to 25 days, i get so much error in connections such as call failure while talking ( when i am at my home bhandup, college kopar khairane, friends home mulund. even when caller or receiver both are not moving.) . whenever i call to any my friends ( especially airtel user ) call ends up with two or three beep. again and again it happens upto 7 to 8 times after that call connects and ring goes. now a days it is regularly happening with me. so i tried to contact to customer care so they adviced me that this is sim problem so u take out your sim and wash it with spirit, i did like that but nothing happend. even i changed my mobile set .than also same problem .
last week when i told this problem to my friends ( who is also airtel user no is +919892149075, 9987547645, 9867265787, 9967489567, 9967971562, 9867711386, 9967254759., 9867056110, 9867220495, 9867391048, 9867825308, 9867798489, 9892216669, 9867357223, 9967046915, 9867637329, 9967428060, 9967965475, 9892950324, 9967875215, 9892526189, 9867450473, 9867649592, 9892961201, 9987028053, and much more ) . i come to know that they are also facing same problem and even most of them are planning to switch to other mobile service provider. in my family most of us are airtel user and when i talked to my dad and brother and to relatives about this problem i socked that they are getting similar problem from last 2 to 3 months. so my dad also planning to take other mobile service which is going to be a problem for me .because my father is a government servent and i am using his gornment card provided in airtel plan to him. and most of my friends are airtel user .so what do i do .
2> my girlfriend live in lok nisarg c.h.s., vaishali nagar, b.r. road. mulund west and there, network is ok but call ends in between and call connects after 5-6 try. u cant talk sitting inside your flat or house. u have to talk only standing on window side only.she always used to stand up on windowside and talks for one or two hours, , even u can check this.. through my calldata. so please increase network or place a tower on lok nisarg building which can cover that whole area. of (lok nisarg, ghati pada, maple height bldg, hill view bldg. . upto ayyappa mandir of thane hill side.) so please do for the above basic problem . thank you . please report me about your further step taken, , regarding above complain. by mail as well as by sms or call.

delay in getting the offer
I got a offer that by recharging for Rs.121 on 24th or 25th april, I will get 50 min free local airtel to airtel balance which will be credited on 28th april. I have recharged for Rs.121 on 24th itself and I haven’t received that 50 minutes free airtel to airtel balance till now. I have complained against this to airtel custumer care for many times. But till now they have not taken any action against this.

Hopeless Customer Care
This is regarding the attitude of customer asst executives at Airtel.

Today, when I tried to talk to one of their executives regarding this problem, I was put on hold for 18 minutes, as I was being directed to a Floor Manager.

When I mentioned my displeasure of being kept on hold, the manager, Mr. Sameer replied rudely that he was not sitting quietly and that he was on another call.

As it is, it is annoying and pretty shameful on part of Airtel that my complaint has not been solved satisfactorily till date, and above that, I had to listen to crap from one of their managers.

Also, I have subscribed to Mobile Office, the speed of which, I am not happy. I called support centre on 12118 and was directed to log on to www.abeltronica.com and check the speed. This is ridiculous. I hope somebody is alive at Airtel, who are interested in solving customers' problem instead of harassing us like this and making us listen to nonsense from insensitive people like Mr. Sameer.
